Travis told me they were so new we had to order it to get in line for them so he did. After a month or so the projector came in ahead of schedule. This upgrade was also for all the gaming I do in my theater room so this projector could do 4k 120HZ which was something my last projector could not do. Travis sent Rafeal over to install the projector and some fancy switch and we had to get new HDMI cables that could carry 4k 120 HZ. Well the switch would not do what was advertised they tried for a long time to get the switch to do the 120 but it would not. They came out a second time this time with Rafeal and Chris they worked a long time making calls and looking stuff up to figure out what the problem was. The kept me informed of the plan to fix it which involved putting a new board in my receiver and ditching the fancy switch. So the third time they came out again always on time if not a little early. They got it working in no time with the proper piece they needed. We cannot stress enough how pleasant it was working with Travis, Rafeal, and Chris. I strongly suggest using GHT it is a local owned company and they do amazing work if you are interested in High end stuff. I used to try and save money and use the big box places but they just do not have the skills nor the equipment that GHT can get a hold of. They were delayed and…read morecoming to my home to start the project and then required a second day which was not a problem, however the day they gave me I explained I had to leave by a certain time. They came to complete the work and at the time that I was required to leave I left and they were still working. I have provided them with not only the dimensions and the exact theater chairs I was a stalling and explained I would have two rows. This was reviewed multiple times with both installers. When I got home there was frayed carpet everywhere from the making of the platform to which they did not clean up, and pencil marks everywhere (on newly painted walls) from drawing on the walls where the placement of the speakers would go. When I contacted the owner to discuss my expectations not only for my future business with them and also referral business (yes after hours...I'm a real estate professional and definitely am used to working odd hours) to have a discussion, the owner referred me to the office line. In fact, my $12k in business and even more in a potential referral business was dismissed because he didn't get the business (which I have no control over). Furthermore I had issues with the installation of the front door lock to which they provided very little assistance in fixing and had me searching all over the Internet to fix. Additionally, one of the cameras continues to go off-line constantly to which they wouldn't correct and then stated that they would not correct these issues because they had discounted my services and giving me a free Roku, which didn't even work. And did I mention they wouldn't provide me with the business to which the TVs were purchased so that I could register them! Lastly, when I called regarding the incorrect placement of the platform, it was explained to me that I should have told them where to put it. Given that these are professionals, and they knew I was putting in two rows of seating, the exact seats as I had provided a picture and link to them, and the size of the room to which they measured, they should have known where to place the platform. They refused to come out and correct the issue without charging me a fee. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am a professional real estate agent and small business owner myself I would never treat people the way this company treated me.

They installed the product a few weeks ago (during COVID pandemic) and followed all of the protocols. Jay has fixed our exterior doors that weren't contacting our weather stripping and sealing properly, as well as adjusting and (where necessary) replacing the interior doors that were poorly hung by the previous owner. He fixed our custom-built pantry shelves, in addition to adding another shelf, replaced baseboards, fixed an accent wall, added shelving to our laundry room, and installed overhead garage storage for us. The best thing about working with Jay, was that he had good input for us in helping to figure out what we wanted to do with our laundry room and to fix the broken design on our accent wall. When he was trying to figure out where to hang our clothes rack in the laundry room, he had the foresight to measure my arms to get a good sense of where to hang the rack since my wife wasn't around to say exactly how high she wanted it installed.
