I was able to get seen right away the young ladies that assisted me were Makeda and Nykell. The only down side is I was not able to get the color phone I wanted. I didn't want an increase in my phone bill with the added 2 new phones. The manager Makeda made some suggestions that worked out in our favor. Our phone bill is not going up. Over all I believe that they know their stuff and I will recommend them and that location to everyone.
