He was always very prompt, thorough and personable , and was not overly technical in explaining what we needed to do and why. His fees for what he did were very fair in every case. ! I wouldnt use anyone else for any computer problems i have and i have been fixing my own pc problems without help for 25 years so i dont call a PC technician unless i am really desperate!
