I was looking forward to trying this place after seeing the reviews and looking at the pictures. Unfortunately we waited 45 minutes for two drinks. Friend ordered the mango smoothie with fruit. Although she was hesitant, she really enjoyed her drink. They got my strawberry drink with bobas totally wrong (sounds like it is simple enough) but after waiting 45 minutes, I just took what they made and left because I couldn't wait any longer. I watched while they called out order numbers and if you didn't claim it fast enough, they gave it away to whoever wanted it. They are within walking distance from work so that is a plus. I ordered the Thai ice tea and it was good. There was a steady line of people ordering and the wait wasn't long. I saw some reviews that complained about service time on their first day and they already made improvements because I got my drink in five minutes. I came back for their mango green milk tea with boba and it's very good and will be my drink of choice from now on. My kids tried the mango smoothie and mocha coffee smoothie. I've been there a few times and the drinks are pretty consistent. The milk tea at E Tea is decent. However, I really dislike the lack of professionalism and courtesy of some of the staff there. When I go there, I typically see staff on their phone. One staff in particular is downright rude. I especially dread having her help me because she's just very unfriendly and I caught her rolled her eyes at me a few times or snapped at me for asking a question. If customer services isn't her thing, then she should consider another profession. I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that she's not Asian and don't quite understand the nature of the business, but it's common courtesy to greet anyone who greets you. read more

Normally I don't like writing reviews, but when my friends and I saw this place open, we were so excited; however, it was just bad. Walked in the shop to be greeted by one person which we didn't care though there were three people working. My friends and I ordered separately. When it was my turn to order, I asked to be put in the bottle. It was my fault that I didn't tell her right away because I thought she would ask so I was waiting for her to ring it up. After that she took 10 mins to find a way to fix the order so that it was in a bottle instead of a normal cup. When I got my drink, it wasn't in the bottle so I nicely told the worker that my drink comes in the bottle. She gave me a look like TF. Later on after my friend got her drink, the workers spoke so loud that we could hear them on the other side of the room saying how we got a free drink. First off, we only ordered three drinks total. Second, that lady made our drinks so how is it free if she was the only making it and calling out the order? They gave us dirty looks as if we stole something. We had our receipts and was ready to go up and say we paid for our drinks, but we just left. I ordered the mango shake salty cheese and it doesn't taste like any mango flavor of any kind. My friend and I saw this shop on yelp and decided to go because it looked cute. When we got there the place itself was nice and well decorated. We were greeted by the cashier, and there were 2 other workers there. When it came time to order drinks my friends and I ordered one drink each, coming out to three drinks total. I initially asked for the "Winnie-the-Pooh," but asked for the strawberry green tea to be changed to guava green tea since I saw it on the menu. They refused and said they couldn't do that because the drink was pre-made. However, when I got the drink it was just strawberry green tea mixed in with toppings. So why couldn't they just make the guava tea and put it in with the same toppings? I was prepared to pay an extra charge for the change, but they still couldn't do it. My friend ordered a drink and asked for it to be placed in the bottle and paid the extra amount. When her drink came out, it was in a normal plastic cup. She politely told them that she had paid for a bottle, so they transferred her drink into the bottle. Later after she had already sat down with her drink after they fixed it, the worker who made the drinks accused us of getting a free drink. They pointed at us and assumed that we wouldn't hear them. It was their fault for not originally putting the drink in the bottle and assumed my friend got two drinks. It was just us three girls, and we each had one drink each. How would we be trying to steal one extra drink? Overall, the cashier was nice but other than her, the other workers need to touch up on their customer service. Pointing and talking bad about your customers is not a way to keep business. Especially when it's their own fault. read more

Wanted to stop by a boba place during an event around there. I ordered a Hokkaido milk tea for my bf and a sesame milk drink for myself. The boba itself was a little bland. A bit undercooked so it was a little hard. The black sesame just tasted like milk with black sesame blended. The Hokkaido was a little too sweet and watery for my taste. read more

Got 5 drinks here, all the drinks were all watered down. 1st drink was the Hakkiado which is #4 was absolutely watered down, and all you taste as if it is water. 2nd drink was Taro milk tea was really watered down, you really taste like milk with boba. Also, for the 3rd drink, Strawberry Shake with salted cheese cream (S7) has a over powerful taste of sweet so I think it could be reduced, I'd get it without the cheese since the salted cheese wasn't good and really salty compared to other places I've tasted. Lastly, the last drink was another Haikkiado added with salted cheese and it was terrible also. I thought to mix the salted cheese to make it taste better but just salty. Would completely no recommend this place at all to anyone I know. Also, we had to add sweetener to both Haikkado drinks to make it sweeter but it wasn't good either.. read more

My friend and I shared a Winnie the Pooh and a Fresh Taro King. We both loved the taste of the Winnie the Pooh, refreshing and sweet with a pop of tropical from the lychee. The taro is usually my favorite when I get a boba drink and although I liked the lil chunks of taro in the drink it was just really milk heavy. Not a whole lot of flavor. When we arrived the mustache at the counter was so captivated at his co-workers conversation from across the room that he didn't acknowledge us standing at the register. I even said hello, excuse me and hi without a response. Not even eye contact from him. When he did break away from eavesdropping we got to place our order but he didn't offer up any suggestions or info. Usually a new place might be privy to do so. ‍ I can almost always excuse some annoying service if the food/drink is worth it and we did love the Winnie the Pooh until about 20 minutes after we drank it. I went back to work and my friend off to run her errands. After some stomach cramping and a whole lotta "Pooh" I texted her and she was having the same issue. They said due to the machine malfunction, your order never made it to the kitchen. Unfortunate, but I would have at least appreciated someone checking in as I waited because of the known issue. My first experience was good, an employee told us to come back on Wednesday for their grand opening. We looked online and it showed they close at 9:30.
