I just wanted a latte with a little bit of honey and cinnamon. Was kind of surprised that they don't carry cinnamon at their shop, that's a coffee shop staple. I pointed this out calmly, and the barista offered to remake it as a 16 oz, which I accepted. Unfortunately, while making the replacement, she spoke negatively to another staff member about the situation and then loudly called out, "HERE YOUR 16 OZ," which drew attention from other customers. I remained calm and simply wanted the order advertised on the menu. I like supporting local businesses, but I expect clear pricing and respectful customer service.
