Avocado toast (added : tomato and 1 egg)
    Melia A.

Came here the other day. Usually they put cucumbers on their avocado toast and pickled onions. I asked for tomatoes and an egg ontop instead. My egg was fried which I was disappointed bc I thought they were gonna give it to me how I've always seen it sold at places (runny in the middle) so might've been miscommunication from me and my cashier. I was kind of upset bc I don't like fried eggs so I spent extra for the egg just to end up throwing it away smh. I also thought the tomato was going to the little baby tomatoes as soon on the photos here on Yelp but it was just sliced big pieces. I feel like the cashier could've communicated better on what I was going to be paying almost $20 for. I also feel like they could've plated it nicer. Either way the avocado toast itself was not bad. I might just have to order something else next time.

Tree house cafe is a wonderful little spot to get your caffeine fix or enjoy one of their many different drinks. There is no seating inside but their outdoor seating is amazing and comfortable, they have a tv for any sports so you can just relax. The service was also amazing, they were great with suggestions and just sweet. We just stopped by for coffee and I tried their mushroom coffee which was actually pretty delicious. My wife for one of their lattes and she wished it was little more flavorful but she did enjoy it overall. I want to go back and try more so it will be on our list to come back too. I would say give it a try I feel like they have so much to offer.

Great little find after rubbing a 5k at Crocker park we drove her even though it was really close but across the bridge. Free parking on the street. Lots of choices for breakfast or lunch and coffee drinks. The quesadillas are large and crispy. I would come again!

Amazing food and ambiance. Treehouse salad was amazing 7/5. The salad greens stood out really well. The toasted almonds had carmelization and amazing. BLTA the bacon stood out well. Was able to substitute the aoli for vegan aoli. 5/5 Matcha was amazing as well. Tastes like Japanese Kyoto matcha rich and great taste. 7/5. Peppermint mocha was great! Nice chocolate and hint of peppermint. Using Temple grounds. 6/5 Probably could improve the way they take orders. Maybe make 2 different lines to order for To Go and eat in? Or for a server to come to take orders. The wait was pretty long.

Very cute spot. Came for breakfast. It's a little expensive but everywhere is now. I believe they had sugar free syrups. Coffee was good. We sat outside, they have a lot of seating outside. She brought our coffee out to us which was nice as well as our food. We got the basic bacon in a bun, I did find it a little rich/sweet but still very enjoyable. It was nice to sit under the fruits trees and watch the squirrels.

Came in hopeful, left caffeinated and mildly side-eyeing my wallet. If you're vegan and dreaming of a hearty breakfast moment (like a tofu scramble burrito situation), you might need to adjust expectations--options are a bit on the minimalist side. I was aiming for something savory and filling, but landed on avocado toast (which can be made vegan--just ask them to skip the butter). That said, the coffee? Absolutely dialed. I had an oat milk dirty chai and it was chef's kiss--rich, balanced, and worth the visit on its own. The plot twist is the price tag. With an 18% tip, I walked out $30 lighter for a drink, a slice of avo toast, and a vegan brownie for later. Not outrageous for California, but enough to make you pause mid-sip and reflect on your life choices. Overall: great coffee, limited vegan breakfast options, and a vibe that says "treat yourself"... just maybe not every day.

This cafe was at a corner of 3rd St & G St. of West Sac. We parked our car a block away since there's only street parking in the area. We arrived here around 1:30pm on Saturday and ordered immediately inside the shack. We opted to sit under the big apple tree on the side of the shack and it was very breezy and cooled in spite of the hot summer weather. Our order came out in about 10 minutes after we sat down. - Sunday egg: the bun was soft and fluffy. The combination of ham, egg, pickled onion, and arugula was good. - Flying Dutchmen: I love Dutch crunch bread esp. the crunch on the crackle. The combination of BBQ, grilled chicken, and pickled onion was perfect!

Such a lovely place! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive - they even brought water for our puppy and gave him a little treat. It was so sweet to see everyone petting him and talking to him, it really made us feel welcome. The food was delicious and the coffee was great too. We'll definitely be coming back!

A solid cafe that I would love to return to in the summer! We stopped by one morning and found it so charming. However, there isn't much indoor seating, less than 10 seats at a window side bar. There were a variety of beverages and coffees and plenty of specials as well. Offerings - The Flying Dutchman - delicious! Warm, with so much flavor. This was the better sandwich of the two. - The Surfin' Bird - I enjoyed this one but it was cold and I felt like I could have made it at home with the right ingredients. I guess that's fair to say about any sandwich though. The bread for both sandwiches were simple, torta-esque, basic bread. I think the other ingredients were higher in quality. - Chocolate Chunk Cookie: everyone has different opinions on what makes a good cookie. I will say this one is for those who like a good distribution of chocolate and prefer a softer, slightly less cooked, but not raw cookie.

Can't believe how long it took me to come here, this is such a cute spot! I wish I had come here sooner so we could've enjoyed summer mornings here because of their beautiful outdoor seating area, but we enjoyed it just as much on a crisp fall morning with all the leaves and fruit on the trees. They have actual food here unlike some cafes so I liked that we could have a full breakfast here - we even had leftovers! The quesadilla with pork shoulder was my favorite, which was the special of the day. It had fresh avocado mash and pickled red onions, and it was a huge portion. The breakfast burrito was also a winner - they toast the outside so it felt more like chimichanga, but it was delicious whatever you want to call it. I was a little skeptical about the matcha but it sounded too good to resist, and it turned out to be great! The menu described it as a salted caramel matcha but didn't get too much of the salted caramel flavor, focused more on the ube cold foam which was well made! They had several other specialty lattes to choose from also. Will definitely be returning here again, great service and food/drink came out quickly! It was so quiet and peaceful for a Saturday morning, such a great spot to start off your day.

Amazing food, amazing service, and a super cute, cozy atmosphere overall! Loved it!! Will eat here again

Order your food and eat it outside, under the shade of a tree! I love this place. My co-workers and I have been here and made a regular lunch of this place. The service is outstanding. Your food order is delivered to your table outside to enjoy under fresh air and tree shade. And there is quite a crowd that comes here for lunch. Good thing, our lunch time is ahead of the normal by 30 minutes. There is a varied selection for your lunch. Sandwiches galore! With presentation that will surprise you. And most of all, with a taste to adore! And at a price that is affordable... Try the place if you're in the area. I'm sure you'll love it!

Fun West Sac hangout place!!…read more Parking: moderately difficult (metered, popular area) Ambience: 10/10: live music, outdoor under the open sky, super relaxing. Great crowd and overall flow. Entry: there's a line for ID check and wristbands, but it moves quickly. Restrooms: clean, 5 stalls per gender with plenty of sinks. No line when I went. Seating: mostly outdoor. Options include long canopy tables (fits: 6-8 people) or fireplace seating (extra $10). The building itself has really interesting architecture: loved it. There's also a small indoor area called "The Wing" with a nice bar and fun photo props. Service: ordering is done via QR code at your table and paid upfront. Food comes out fast (5-10 minutes). One hiccup: they dropped another table's pizzas at ours without confirming, and sauces cost extra, even basic ones like hot sauce have to be ordered online. Food & drinks: burgers, pizza, wings, fries. Drinks: beers and ciders. Highly recommend the lavender lemonade. Overall: great spot for casual hangouts with friends: definitely a fun place to bring guests.

They have fire pits and games so you really can't go wrong. The food was ok, we got a pizza and the lemon hummus with veggies. The pizza was decent but the flour on the bottom took away the flavor. Mind you I love that they to woodfire pizza, I make woodfire pizza at home but ya just gatta watch the flour underneath to not lose the flavor or the crispness of the dough. The hummus was ok, I was hoping for a more lemony flavor and the veggies were cut really thin. As far as bang for you buck it was ok. They had women great beers and drinks on then menu so honestly the environment is set up for vibes. I came to visit my friends and we went to a brewery to catch up. My friend just bought a house and was moving, as well as having her birthday, so her ID was expired which we were not aware of. It happens. My friend was going to log into DMV just so she can show a valid ID the bartender but another woman working came up exclaiming they can not accept that and she will not get a drink. My friend did not argue about it and my other friend and I got our beers and sat down. We just wanted to spend time and catch up. My friend with the expired ID did not even take a sip of any drinks and respected the policy, the woman that we talked to earlier about the ids then proceeded to come up to us and say that we were sharing drinks, yelling and being very hostile. We were all confused because in no way, my friend even touched or drank any of the drinks. She insisted to call the cops. We then asked her if she had any evidence such as video footage and she said she did not have any access to that and she did not have footage. She said we were breaking the law and she will get the police involved for underage drinking. She was being extremely hostile. THANK YOU BY THE WAY SHE IS IN HER 30s BUT BESIDE THE POINT THEY REFUSED TO PULL UP THE FOOTAGE AND CORNERED US WHEN WE WERE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. We even encouraged to call the police then she started back tracking. Their lead came in. We again, asked for the footage and he then, unrelated, said they are on the verge of closing rather than taking any form of accountability or apologizing for how his colleague was treating us. We asked for a refund and would leave, we were so uncomfortable. He then proceeded to say we did not pay for the drinks and I had to pull up my credit card statement to even prove it, which is absolutely ridiculous. I got our drinks and paid/ closed the tab before even sitting down. We asked to talk to a manager again. Mind you, we asked previously, and got the lead. The manager just asked if we were from the Bay and shook our hands instead of actually doing anything about the situation. I saw her hug the woman that was accusing after we were leaving which is absolutely ridiculous. Why would you encourage that type of behavior to your staff. Profiling in 2025 is insane. I feel bad for my friends. I feel extremely uncomfortable. Discriminating and accusing just because we are the only POCs in the room is so embarrassing.
