The last three times I've visited there's either one or two workers but my one drink takes 20-30 minutes to make. One visit I understood because someone ordered 9 drinks, but I just went today for an online order pick up and it took 29 minutes. I ordered at 1:54 with an ETA of 2:05 but my drink wasn't ready until 2:23. It was only ready that quick because I asked the workers, but had I not it probably would've taken longer. Tbh they've lost me as a customer as they don't even apologize for the long wait time or inform us it'll take that long.

For what you got, arguably a bit overpriced. Ive gotten better values in terms of volume per dollar paid elsewhere. It did take quite a while though. It got busy, and it felt that they couldn't quite keep up with the demand. We waited for a while before we were finally able to pick up our order. I'm not knocking them down in the review for it, but it is something to be wary of if you're in a rush. If I had to get going or was in a time crunch next time at Arden Fair, I'd pass on this place unless there was hardly anyone else at the time here.

Their drinks are at a fair price for the amount you get, so the fact that there were very few people there should have been a clue. My drink was pretty terrible. I got a simple milk tea and it tasted very watery and mostly like synthetic sweeteners. Does the "Rare Tea" mean it's rare if you get any actual tea in your drink? If I'm being honest, the quality was very poor. It did in a pinch, but I would probably not come here again.

It's like the Thai tri color dessert . So refreshing and creamy coconut . My son had the matcha latte and he loved that! Then looking at the wall of merch . I went and bought a couple of the blind boxes in hoping I'd get the pink and green one .. but instead I got the purple and yellow LOL We also made another purchase to take with us .. their summer white peach drinks . The combination of white glutinous rice and purple rice creates a wonderful contrast in texture, while the oat boba adds a satisfying pop and subtle flavor that truly ties everything together. It's definitely a unique drink that delivers on both flavor and texture. :) **Please follow @leafynoms on instagram for more foodie bites and reviews**

They're in the same building as Vegan Deadly Sins and share the cash wrap/staff there. You can order from both businesses at once on the same bill. I ordered a passionfruit tea ($5.50) and a Winnie the Pooh (strawberry and mango) ($5.50). They have some really fun names for their drinks, the Winnie the Pooh one is red on top and an orangey yellow on the bottom before you stir it so it looks like Pooh colors! There is plenty of seating in the restaurant and they have really cute decor as well. I love their logo and the neon cow with the spaceship on the wall- such a fun little photo op. The building is at 15th and J which means street parking, but there is plenty of it in the area, including a few free spots around the corner.

While I was in Sacramento, I happened to spot a BAMBU in the plaza and was genuinely excited to grab some drinks. The shop itself is fairly small, with limited indoor seating--about five tables in total. Unfortunately, the dining area wasn't very clean. Tables weren't being wiped down after customers left, so new groups would simply sit at dirty tables without anyone cleaning them in between. The menu is displayed overhead. You order and pay at the counter before waiting for your drinks. Our group of five ordered five drinks, and while the selection was great, the prices were on the higher side. When our order was ready, it was disappointing that we had to ask for basic items like a bag for the drinks and spoons. These weren't available for self-service, so we had to request them. The elderly gentleman helping us seemed visibly annoyed by the request, which left a poor impression. It's the small details and customer interactions that can really shape the overall experience. As much as I love BAMBU as a brand, this particular location fell short. Between the unfriendly service, lack of attention to cleanliness, and higher prices, I wouldn't go out of my way to visit the Sacramento location again. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning in the future.
