For awhile (months) my PC has been losing video while playing games or video chatting. I swapped out parts in and out and same issue was happening. Decided to take it in to have a professional diagnose the issue. Walked in. Technician was helping someone at the time and acknowledge me. We talked about the issue I was having and provided the servicing cost which I feel was fair (~$100). Gave me a 2-day estimate for servicing. After 2 days the technician gave me a call that my PC is ready to be picked up. At the store he gone over the issue (which is an incorrectly plugged in power supply wire which I completely overlooked). PC is running very smooth. No issue ever since taking my PC in. All software running with no issue. No more power issue. No more stress. Will not hesitate to come to Kaddy's for any future PC issues.

He ran some tests and took a look at everything, was super knowledgable and answered all of my questions with no problem. My PC is a prebuilt and kind of old so I didn't expect it to be resolved. He gave some advice on what to do and when I got home and did what he instructed, the lag and random shut downs no longer happened. I appreciated how he took his time and went out of his way to try multiple things without charging by the hour. He is very honest and I would completely trust him for all of my future issues and questions. He also does custom builds based around your needs and budget, so once I am ready for one, I would love to get one built through him. He has shown some example parts and some of his builds and they look amazing! If you have any questions or issues that you are unsure of, Ka is your go to person :)

I also asked about missing bolts for my PC case and they actually took the time to look for some at the store for me. Most places wouldn't bother.
