It's getting better and the price is now $30 for AYCE. They have the best thin sliced beef brisket for an ayce. They have thin sliced pork belly which cooks faster and gets crispier. The seasoned rib cuts are great. They use a wood fire and it gets hot. they have four dipping sauces including daenjang which is the most important Kpop music videos playing on the walls. Sat us down Sunday night we had 40 min to eat which is enough time but half way through until the "kitchen cutoff" we were neglected by the waiter no one came to see us, we waiting tried to get attention to those around but they just speed walked away from us, when we decided to finish off what we had waiting on a meat and it took 10 min for the guy not to even show up! Then I'm guessing one of the managers turned everyone's tables off and said plz pay upfront. LIKE EXCUSE ME? We were gonna let him know but he speed off aswell. We love the charcoal grill, the custard egg was cooked in kitchen and brought to us, same for the cheese corn. The brisket were not paper thin and was pretty good, the beef rib was juicy and good quality, the bulgogi was marinated well and not salty. Excellent quality of food and service. We were well received immediately. Table was setup right away and given time to decide on first 2 meat dishes. We were there to enjoy the AYCE lunch. Once we decided what we first wanted to put on the grill we pressed the red button on a wall opposite entrance of our booth. Almost immediately our server came out and took our order. And then the server asked what side dishes we wanted. Additionally, another server brought out precharred wood to place below our grill. This would be supplemented with a gas flame. Throughout the meal we were assisted and served by 4 servers. It was an excellent experience. In California I'm used to a smoky atmosphere, and endless waiting and mediocre quality of meat...often too salty. In this restaurant your needs are anticipated and quickly taken care of...immediately. Imagine being waited on by 4 server constantly. Their names were Josh, Hojoon, Eunice, & Andy. The food was amazing! It was genuinely the best Korean bbq place we've ever been to and would highly recommend it to everyone. However, you can't say the same about the service. We were chilling and eating last night, but someone randomly came over and turned off the gas and took our stuff. We got there at around 12:45 and was seated at 1. We got everything taken away at like 1:50 and it was fairly empty at the time. I'm not fully aware of the time limit, but surely it's not less than an hour? It felt like we were getting kicked out. We were still planning on ordering more food and we made sure we ate everything from the current round before ordering more food. Why don't people talk about this place more? My boyfriend and I originally was going to get KBBQ Factory for my birthday dinner but their kitchen had already closed by the time we arrived. We dropped by 9292, Iron Age, and other more popular KBBQ places around the area-- but no luck, all kitchens were closed (it was around 10:30-50). I went on google and found this place, which closes at 3 AM, so I decided to try it out. First of all, the theme and ambience is amazing. I'm a huge critic of design and this place was so classy and beautiful (comparable to Thrill KBBQ in Sandy Springs). My boyfriend and I got AYCE and this place has the longest menu for AYCE I've ever seen! So many options, and ONLY for $30! The meat quality was so good, the customer service was good--overall this place definitely deserves 5 stars.
