The treehouse ended up being much higher than expected, and I quickly realized DIY was beyond my comfort level. Apek was incredibly responsive and willing to take on the unusual request. They did an excellent job and had it completed in just a few hours! They saved us countless weekends of work and, very likely, a trip to the hospital. We love supporting a locally owned business, and when it's time for our actual roof in a few years, Apek will absolutely be our first call. Highly recommend!

The was an area wide storm and they were very busy. Brian Ronan checked our roof and took detailed pictures of the storm damage. He provided a quote to replace the roof, skylight, and gutters. After speaking with several other roofing companies, we decided to go with APEK. We had never filed a homeowners claim and APEK was very helpful in the process. We were placed on the schedule and waited our turn. The APEK office is very good at keeping the customer informed. Our roof date was pushed back due to weather issues impacting the jobs before ours. The weather this year has been crazy. The APEK crew arrived on August 31st and got right to work on the roof. This was a hard working and great team. The weather impacted the job, and it took two days to do the full roof. Not a problem because the final product looks beautiful. The third day was the gutter team. Again, a hard-working crew that knows what they are doing. New gutters and downspouts installed and pitched correctly. Both teams did a great job of protecting our home, plants, and other personal items outside. I am very happy that we went with APEK. I would highly recommend APEK if you have storm damage or simply need a new roof. We had a fantastic experience with APEK from inspection to new roof and gutters.

Called Heritage Contractors for a quote and they came out promptly and broke down the quote by the 3 items we needed replaced. Roof, Gutters, and Windows (two separate quotes for windows, because we could not decide if we were going to replace the windows on the north side of the house) and it was such a good price, we decided to get it all done at once. Charlie from Sales was such a pleasure to work with and very funny. There were multiple options, colors and materials and Charlie gave us so many suggestions and help that it was easy to choose colors and options to stay within our budget. The roof and gutters were done really quickly, even with all the delays due to the rainy weather. Windows needed to be ordered and it took 8 weeks, but once done, they look awesome. We were worried about 2 specific windows, but once Heritage took care of them, our concerns were taken care of without us even asking. Each interaction we have with a different staff member is a pleasure. Really a great company to work with. Shout out to Danny who worked with us on our roof and gutters. Great people. Highly Recommend.

Chad kept us informed every step of the way, from what work was being done, to the estimates completion date. From approving the estimate to the materials showing up was only two weeks! The crew (Andy and Jack) showed up every day ready to work and did so tirelessly until the end of each day. I wasn't going to write a review on this company but it's really bothersome! I mean the deception…read moreand lies is unbelievable! We resently had hail storms and they came and I entertained them because I don't have any idea what to look for as far as roof issues, so the guy insisted to go up to the roof and inspect and then he came down and showed me pictures, lots of them with red circles telling me those are the damages that hail causes he assured me that my insurance will cover and I have to contact my insurance for inspection which I did, I doubted anything he says since I don't hear anyone in my neighborhood complaining about damages infact none in my neighborhood had any issues, he also told me my neighbor down the road-(he gave me the address)also had damage that they are tending which I found out it is not true and I told this roofing guy that it is not true. So the insurance adjuster came along, the roofing company wants to be here as well so they can point out the issues, I was told that they don't have any doubts that this claim can be denied as I have more damages than the other customers they had that was approved. Adjuster denied all the claims and no hail damage noted. This roofing company still insisted hail damages are visible. So they wanted to come up again and inspect, that's already been inspected 3 times. He wanted to appeal and resubmit additional pictures to my insurance. Before he come up to check the roof I talked to this guy and told him about the denial of the claim and the reason why, when he came down he told me the adjuster is right, no visible damages on my roof????? I mean, where are the red circles they've been showing me earlier?? this is a straight up lies and deception!!! But I am so glad I don't have any damages on my roof but why lie to me straight in my eyes. Oh my God. Talking about trust here. 3 people from this roofing company lied to me and the sad part is their manager came here too and saying the same thing.
