They didn't try to add anything to the claim that wasn't needed. The work they did was great and they did it fast too. They even fix my siding that was loose, just because they didn't want to see it looking like that. I am so glad I called MDD Exteriors when I got the leak in my roof. He came over and patch it for free. So this is why I am using them. I would say to anyone who needs a roof or siding to give MDD Exteriors a call. Darnell

Called Heritage Contractors for a quote and they came out promptly and broke down the quote by the 3 items we needed replaced. Roof, Gutters, and Windows (two separate quotes for windows, because we could not decide if we were going to replace the windows on the north side of the house) and it was such a good price, we decided to get it all done at once. Charlie from Sales was such a pleasure to work with and very funny. There were multiple options, colors and materials and Charlie gave us so many suggestions and help that it was easy to choose colors and options to stay within our budget. The roof and gutters were done really quickly, even with all the delays due to the rainy weather. Windows needed to be ordered and it took 8 weeks, but once done, they look awesome. We were worried about 2 specific windows, but once Heritage took care of them, our concerns were taken care of without us even asking. Each interaction we have with a different staff member is a pleasure. Really a great company to work with. Shout out to Danny who worked with us on our roof and gutters. Great people. Highly Recommend.

Chad kept us informed every step of the way, from what work was being done, to the estimates completion date. When he showed up for the estimate, he gave us some options, took some measurements and we had a written estimate before he left. From approving the estimate to the materials showing up was only two weeks! The crew (Andy and Jack) showed up every day ready to work and did so tirelessly until the end of each day. They asked great questions to make sure nothing got damaged or misplaced, and the finished product was better that we had hoped! All scrap was removed and our yard was left in great condition.
