I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

I protested the disallowance of my claim, and Matt worked with the insurance company to get an $800 settlement. It was easy to get an appointment to get my truck fixed at Prostar, and the repairs were done in a little more than one day. Matt's work is flawless; you can't tell where the dents were. The tailgate looks like it did the day it came off the assembly line, and the truck was freshly washed when I picked it up. It's a sign of the confidence that I have in Matt Finney that I left my "toy car" with him today when I picked up the truck. My toy is a 2018 Mustang 5.0 premium GT coupe, and it had a couple of dings and some curb rash on one of the wheels. I have peace of mind in knowing that the car will be stored inside his secure shop. I didn't even ask Matt for an estimate for the work on my Mustang, because I trust him to do the work right and at a fair price. Notice that I said a "fair" price, not the cheapest price. You get what you pay for, and at Prostar, you're paying for the best. Matt is knowledgeable and professional, and he is seriously conscientious. He wants your car to look the best it can look, and he wants you to be enthusiastic about what he does. This kind of commitment to quality is very rare these days. This was especially frustrating since it was right in the middle of car show season, and I missed multiple opportunities because my vehicle wasn't ready. After such a long delay, I expected much better attention to detail and professionalism. The owner Lucas and I had an agreement that he would send me some wrap to my address to replace what was messed up and not finished. . He texted me on Friday stating " Hey I believe it's out for delivery today. I just got a notification I'll update you in a bit. Well the wrap never came and now he is ignoring all calls and text and it's been a week since that text was received. Overall, this experience was a huge inconvenience and a letdown.
