The only thing that was a variable is that there was a piece that was going to be either about 25 dollars or 90, but wouldn't know until they installed it. Long story short, I walked out having to pay $638.25. When they told me the amount my jaw hit the floor. When I asked why it was so way off from what he quoted me from the last 3 times I spoke with him he said the difference is because of the amount per hour they charged to install it. I said he never told me that the last three times we quoted me. His response, " oh I guess I should have told ya that." No service recovery or anything! In an area where you can choose from many companies that sell auto stereos and accessories, I prefer to deal with ones that are more honest than Phine Designs. I will never step foot in there again.

I also decided to get the emblems blacked out in my truck. I was extremely pleased with the work they did.....My truck looks better than I imagined it would with the upgrades. The staff really knows all about customizations, they are very friendly, and they do excellent work. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting aftermarket upgrades on their vehicle.
