Long story short, I walked out having to pay $638.25. When they told me the amount my jaw hit the floor. When I asked why it was so way off from what he quoted me from the last 3 times I spoke with him he said the difference is because of the amount per hour they charged to install it. I said he never told me that the last three times we quoted me. His response, " oh I guess I should have told ya that." No service recovery or anything! In an area where you can choose from many companies that sell auto stereos and accessories, I prefer to deal with ones that are more honest than Phine Designs. I will never step foot in there again.

Lucas stated he would pay for the work to be redone by someone who previously worked in the shop. After multiple attempts to obtain that person's information, he finally provided it. However, speaking with that individual only painted the company in an even more negative light and brought attention to multiple inconsistencies in what Lucas had told us.
