They quoted me a price that included windshield installation, recalibration, cleanup, labor and…read moretravel to my home (price was quoted BEFORE I told them I needed them come to me, so basically N/C for travel!), which was a fair price after seeing the other quotes, one of which was around the same price, but didn't include re-calibration. I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

We had an oil change recently as well along with some other work on a different car. The prices are always reasonable and a few months ago they went out of their way to help us find a unique part for our car. Not only with my experience when needing repairs, but just waiting for my service to finish listening to customer interaction. We have been given upfront pricing and options to get repairs done. And listening to phone conversations while waiting, they are diligent at explaining why repairs need to get done and what repairs could be held off if $$ is an issue because the repair(s) that need to get done are high. I never heard or have experienced any high pressure sales. It's my opinion that they are looking out for the customer, their financial ability, and the service of the vehicle to give the owner the longevity of that vehicle.

my mom's Honda CRV was having trouble starting. She took it to Dobbs and they told her she needed a…read morenew battery and a new alternator and would cost $1100. I called CK who came out, tested the alternator and found out that the alternator was fine, but it did need a new battery. they replaced the battery and the new serpentine belt within a half an hour. They were extremely courteous, and honest, and the fact that they didn't replace the alternator that did not need it. I obviously will not go back to Dobbs anymore as they tried to rip off my 90-year-old mother. I highly recommend CK.
