I brought my Hellcat Durango in for a simple mid-muffler delete, and I'm disappointed with the…read morequality of work. Instead of properly fabricating or bending a clean pipe, the shop kinked the exhaust pipe significantly just to make it fit. On a performance vehicle like this, a kink is not acceptable--it restricts flow, hurts performance, and can cause unnecessary drone or resonance. Also, I scheduled appointment at which I was told that it would take 30 to 45 minutes so I decided to wait until the work was done not only was the lobby uncomfortably hot and reeked of cigarettes, it took one hour and 30 minutes. Would advise a drop off for any work being performed here during the summer. When you pay a professional shop with the word "muffler" in the name you expect clean work, not shortcuts that compromise the vehicle. This was careless workmanship, and I wouldn't recommend anyone bring a high-performance car here.

I had a bump in with a car and someone I know suggested I get a quote from them; they were recommended highly. There is a reason for that, they are really incredible not only in their work but their work ethic. It's not a huge shop, it is locally owner owned and Sean and Paul are about the best fellows there are to work with. No pressure, didn't talk over my head, didn't promise what couldn't be done...talked 'to me' not 'at me' being a lady in upper years and didn't walk in the shop with a man; Sean took his time explaining everything. Their shop is incredibly clean and bright. I don't say that lightly; there is a place for everything and the shop is kept remarkably clean. They are friendly, so very kind. They work with you and there is no bait and switch on the quote they give you. Honest and their work is without question, remarkable. They take tremendous pride in their reputation and it shows. Not only do they accomplish their magic on repairing vehicles, they repair motorcycles and they actually build motorcycles from the ground up for customers. It is truly amazing to be in their shop. I had my car delivered to me Sunday evening so I finally had it after being without wheels for a week. No phony sincerity, kindness and friendliness. Really nice fellows, clean and bright shop, very honest and talented. You'll be glad you gave them a call. Don't make the mistake and try someone else first.

I realized I had accidentally left my passport in my car the day before an international trip -- on a Saturday, when the shop was closed for the weekend. By that time I was already in Houston with a boarding deadline the next day. The owner, Heath, saw my urgent email while out of town and arranged for Mike to retrieve the passport and meet my family at 10:30 p.m. so they could get it to me in time. Their kindness and willingness to help went far beyond what anyone could expect. Truly exceptional people -- thank you, Heath and Mike. I will never forget your kindness.
