You have the option of going to the store, or having them come to you. I showed up at the assigned time, and they already had all the info from my insurance, so I just needed to give them my key, and wait in their comfortable lobby. The job was completed in less than an hour, I got instructions on what I needed to do so the new window didn't shift and cured properly, and they even vacuumed my floorboards.
