I have used best auto several times in the past. Currently with the covid situation going on family members losing their jobs financial woes seem to affect everyone including myself. On two separate occasions in the last year I have had to reach out to Gerald for issues with one of two cars for three adults dri ers. He has got me in quickly, he has dealt with the situation efficiently, and he has always gotten me the best price around. Recently I thought I was going to have to write my car off taking us down to one car for three drivers, not only did he reassure me that it can be fixed again he quoted me the cheapest price around and even made calls to the dealership who is giving me the run around and false information. I cannot begin to say how thankful I am that I found them, how thankful I am that I was lucky to find a business with owners that still have the best interest of their customers in mind. Ripoff!! DO NOT GO THERE!! Took my car there and it sat there for a week! Was told that supposedly my engine block was cracked and it was not worth putting the money into my vehicle. Went to pick up my car and the rearview mirror was ripped off of the windshield. Told that it fell off in the heat when in 20 years it has NEVER came off!! Took my car to Hemann auto and it got repaired in 3 days!! No bullshit!! After a full diagnostic check by Hemann. What does that tell ya? Tells me NEVER go to Best Auto again!! Drama and bullshit!! These guys are the best! A few years ago I had a lemon of a car, and Best always got it back on the road at a reasonable price. I finally broke down and purchased a new car. My grandchild has a car that was in need of repair, so we took it to a dealer. Two of the mechanics told us what the car needed and said to make an appointment. We made the appointment, took the car there, and was told the appointment was only to get the car there, not for repairs, and that it would take about a week for them to even get the car in. What? We made an appointment to park the car in your lot??? Since we moved out of Fenton and near the city limits, we don't make it out to Arnold very often, but I remembered the great service Best provided, so, we took the car there. Not only did the repair the car, they also checked to make sure the system was ok. They did not try to add extras on, and the price charged was very reasonable. Ladies, we all know mechanics will take advantage and try to babble about things under the hood, trying to get us to believe we need a major overhaul, for the low, low price of $xxxxx. Not Best. They have enough legitimate business that they don't need to do that. While we were there, I asked how much something would cost. I was given a price, which was less than a 3rd of what I was quoted elsewhere! read more

Been taking my car here for a little while for a "this and that' type fix. I dreaded the job of searching for a new car since my car was starting to sound like a real clunker lately. So...I took the chance and decided to put some money in it...WHAT an AWESOME place to deal with. My heater was broken, brakes were shot (I knew that) and broken bolts or ? on the suspension bar/arm. I get the car back....WOW it's like driving a brand new vehicle. I can't believe the smooth ride, no rattles, I have heat and I'm a happy customer.
