They had to remove apart in order to do that and turns out it was 2 quarts low on transmission fluid. The car has been running perfect ever since I called this company and told them about it and all they told me was they were sorry and that the mechanic that checked out my car no longer works there. My dad would've never gotten rid of this car just because it had low transmission fluid. Apparently we were being scammed for a new transmission.

Discount tire in Texas has done this exact service multiple times But my friend here in Arnold recommended them. The Other customers behind me were notably annoyed with the wait. They definitely need to add more employees to the front desk. The last sentence spoken to me was "sorry buddy we can't mount your tire to the rim" Haven't been called "buddy" in years. There repairs do not get fixed on time. They are callous to the fact it's causing the customer loss…read moreof income without transportation. They are blatantly sexist, demeaning and discrimatory toward women as if they can't stand to explain things to you, will not make eye contact with you, and seem to have an utter disdain for you to be in their waiting room. Did not have the courtesy to tell me in person when I was paying them my car would not be ready that day as promised. Instead, when I left the building they called a relative and told them. I did not find out I did not have a car for the weekend until 3:30pm that afternoon when I called to make arrangements for pickup that my car would not be worked on until Monday. This left me without a way to work for 4 more days as it was a holiday weekend. Very, very inconsiderate and they gave or offered no explanation as to why the car was not repaired by the Thursday deadline. They people have no ethics.
