They did a great job on my brake lines and were three times cheaper than what I was quoted at Dobbs! Highly recommend them!

When I was checking out, I handed the gal my credit card, she processed the transaction and I left. Before leaving, I texted my son, as there was a T-shirt in the boutique I thought he would want. I left the dealership and several minutes later he texted back that he did want one. I drove back to the dealership and there was a different gal at the payment desk. While she was processing my purchase I was standing at the counter and there was a plastic frame holding a piece of paper. I turned it around facing the boutique and read that there was a 2% charge for credit card purchases. I totally get the reason for Autohaus to charge that, however I was not informed by the first cashier and if I had been, I would have simply given the gal my debit card and avoided the almost $ 30.00 charge. I spoke with Chris (Service Manager) and he said he would 'look into it" and get back to me. I have not heard from him, and it's been 2 weeks. I actually saw Peggy W (Business Manager) at a car show last Sunday. I explained the scenario to her, and she was very unempathetic, and dismissive with me. She immediately went into a rhetoric of "Oh well, I'll have to remind them again to mention that". She had the opportunity right then to "make it right" by offering to do something but instead started picking up brochures telling me that I had automatically been enrolled in a customer loyalty program. Bottom line- I would like that 2% ($ 28.50) credited back to my credit card. Once again, it would have not been an issue to use my debit card and I certainly would have if I was aware of the fee. I purchased my vehicle from Autohaus and have gone there exclusively for all maintenance and repairs. With how rude Peggy W. was and how unwilling they are to make this right, I'll most likely be looking for another dealership.

I didn't mind overpaying but the lack of transparency with the problems that were discovered after the purchase were disappointing. I asked about fluid changes and was reassured everything was in order-no it wasn't! it cost me $1,345 for radiator fluid flush, front and rear differential and brake fluid change. all that needed to be done at the mileage; would have been to be told that it needed to be done prior to sale. tires were less than 50% and different brands front and rear. That was a $1,560 error on my part. One key came with it so a $440 OEM key fob later! Sunshine revealed a small chip in the windshield! Oh and front dashboard material is coming off the dash. Price to repair Unknown. I'm just disappointed in Dean Team people that didn't have the integrity and honesty to admit the problems in the car and agree to price the car down. I will never deal with them again and I hope anyone looking for a new or specifically used car go elsewhere. This is a dishonest dealership!

Months later -- and by pure chance -- I discovered it was never actually registered as CPO with Audi of America. I was sold this vehicle under false and misleading pretenses. My initial calls to the dealership were ignored. After persistent follow-up, they eventually acknowledged the mistake and promised to fix it and provide documentation. To this day, that documentation has not been provided, and my most recent email has gone unanswered. Instead of being proactive, the burden has fallen entirely on me to get answers. No apologies, no nothing. For a vehicle of this value, this is completely unacceptable. This is a clear case of misrepresentation, and I am now considering formal complaints with Audi of America, the Missouri Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and other consumer protection and media outlets. If you're thinking of buying from Audi Kirkwood -- be extremely cautious. Promises made at the time of sale may mean nothing once the deal is done.

My experience at Audi Kirkwood was terrible at all levels, other than getting me to walk through…read moretheir door. The internet put me in contact with a salesperson who informed me that all inventory of the model I was considering had been marked down to invoice pricing. My salesperson made sure I knew he was highly sought after and that his time was limited, as he was also working with another customer that day. I got to test-drive only one new car for roughly 30 minutes, which left me uncertain, and I told him so. I did tell him we could look at the numbers. After that, my unease grew as I felt I wasn't getting a fair offer on my trade. It was 2k less than other dealers had offered. They firmly told me, "we will lose $1,000 by taking your trade." At that point, I stated I would rather keep my trade and receive the $1,000 discount, so they would not lose that money. They promptly declined that offer. To make the trade point even clearer, they were only offering me $2,000 in trade for my Range Rover. Somewhere around this timeframe, a comment was made about "already spending 8 hours with me," and later, "that only $200 in commission would be made on the deal." The salesperson had already arranged for a car to be prepared for me to purchase before I had even agreed on the price or decided to buy one. I started to feel pressured and guilted into making a decision. As a stereotypical woman alone, I caved and agreed. During the rest of the buying process, the advertised "dealer discount" was used to tout why I was getting such a great deal, and why their hands were tied at the advertised price. I became so aggravated during this part of the process that I was about to leave the dealership when they offered me the option to return and get my trade back for the $2,000 by the end of the week. The next day, after arriving home with the new car, I let them know I was coming back to pick up my trade. I did end up doing so. Getting the trade back ended up being such a cluster that it would take paragraphs, and I will refrain, since "they were doing me such a favor." All I can say is this whole negative experience ensured I will never return to this dealership, not even for service. I am likely to resell or trade the car at a loss to get the memory it holds out of my sight. Also, if you buy from this dealership, be aware that you will be handed an arbitration agreement when signing the paperwork, as if it is a required standard document. It prevents them from being sued, even if a faulty car kills you. I was not even aware I had one until reviewing my paperwork at home. The salesperson emphasized the importance of positive reviews for him from the moment we were on the test drive. I felt pressured into proving one of those as well, and if you've read this far, you can tell I chose to share my experience instead.
