I asked about fluid changes and was reassured everything was in order-no it wasn't! it cost me $1,345 for radiator fluid flush, front and rear differential and brake fluid change. all that needed to be done at the mileage; would have been to be told that it needed to be done prior to sale. tires were less than 50% and different brands front and rear. That was a $1,560 error on my part. One key came with it so a $440 OEM key fob later! Sunshine revealed a small chip in the windshield! Oh and front dashboard material is coming off the dash. Price to repair Unknown. I'm just disappointed in Dean Team people that didn't have the integrity and honesty to admit the problems in the car and agree to price the car down. I will never deal with them again and I hope anyone looking for a new or specifically used car go elsewhere. This is a dishonest dealership!

They have complimentary coffee while you wait and they also have a small waiting area for families where small children can play with toys. I discovered this when I got home and immediately called their service department multiple times. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem, they refused to replace it. To make matters worse, the service manager, Shannon, has been blatantly avoiding my calls, even after I left several voicemails explaining the situation. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and shows a complete lack of accountability and basic customer service. I usually go to Dave Mungenast and have never had issues like this there. Due to scheduling conflicts, I decided to give this place a chance for my last two visits. That was clearly a mistake. The General Manager would not honor the price I had screenshot from 24 hours prior. Negotiation further failed over a difference of $2,000, but I accepted defeat and was ready to leave when I mentioned that I was looking at a private seller. My salesperson offered to run a Carfax on the private vehicle as a courtesy - which provided him the VIN and seller details. I thought nothing of this until the private seller reached out to me 1 hour later to say he had another offer. Surprise! The offer came from the General Manager at the dealership. He made every attempt to sabotage my private deal after I didn't buy from the lot. Further, he texted me several times asking if I had finalized the private sale and offered to buy the car from me after the deal was done! Yuck, yuck, yuck. Once I left the lot, our business was done. Continuing to communicate was utterly unprofessional. I called the dealership multiple times and left messages to speak with the Dealer Principal and President and NEVER had my calls returned.

We bought a new Audi Q8 at in late June 2026. 53 days later and with less than 2,000 miles on the odometer, the car broke down while we were on a road trip. Audible alarms and rapid-fire dashboard messages popped up and within an hour, the vehicle was undrivable and reporting multiple systems failures. The car was towed to a nearby dealership, and It remained there for 25 days, waiting for parts and servicing. We decided that the car was unsafe and unsuitable for our purposes because we bought it for lengthy vacation road trips, which requires a reliable vehicle. On several occasions during this long repair process, we called our salesman (Jasmin Trifunovic), the general manager (Neil Westfall), and we even left a message with the owner of the Audi Exchange/Kirkwood dealership. None of our calls were returned. This was the third Audi purchase that my family made at this dealership this year - so this failure of their customer service is particularly concerning. Eventually, we contacted Audi's Regional Office for assistance; they were modestly helpful, but evidently they carry no influence over how local dealerships conduct their business. We would like to trade-in our nearly new Audi Q8; but Audi Exchange/Kirkwood will not return calls, so we are unable to obtain an offer on the car they sold us just a few short months ago. One can only conclude that they do not stand behind their product, nor place any value on customer relations. We understand that automobiles are complex machines and sometimes break down (even new ones), but we are stunned by this dealership's apparent disregard for common courtesy; it is dealerships like this one that diminish the trustworthiness of the Audi brand.
