I am always running over a nail or something else that requires a patch or sometimes (unfortunately), a whole new tire. It's a curse. We really love a local spot that's close to our house, but found ourselves in a real pickle the Friday before the Fourth of July weekend. We had a tire losing air, and they couldn't get us in until Monday because they were so busy. That's when I gave Henry's a call. Charles was so nice on the phone, and didn't even flinch when I asked if they could look at it and make a potential repair by the end of the day. I went and dropped it off right away, and they were so great with communication; without a few hours, they had found the culprit, patched it, and gave me a call to come pick it up. The whole thing cost $25 - I guess that's pretty standard for a patch, but it's definitely the least amount of money I've ever spent on a car repair. We will absolutely be using Henry's in the future and I'm so grateful for their professionalism and how quick they got us take care of!

    I went here to get a quote on a tire replacement and when I initially walked in one of the…read moreemployees named Phil was helping an older AA gentleman, he didn't acknowledge/greet me when I came in but I shrugged it off and sat down. 2 minutes later an older Caucasian gentleman walked in and he was immediately greeted by Phil as he was still assisting the first guy. Phil finishes helping first guy and then immediately asks second guy how he can help him. I let him finish helping second guy and when he asks me how he can help me I'm in complete disbelief. I asked him why he helped him before me and his response was "because he used to be the owner". I then tell him that I'm not sure if I want to give them my business and he says "fine you can leave, I don't have to help you". We exchanged a few more words and I left but that level of blatant racism was completely distasteful and I'll never return there. Hope this helps someone else that's thinking about giving this establishment their hard earned money.

    I went here to fix an oil leak that was found at another jiffy lube location and spent hundreds of…read moredollars for the leak to be fixed and for a tune up. Roughly a week after the repairs, my battery went out and I had taken it to another auto shop where they stated I had an oil leak that should get it looked at soon. I took my vehicle back to jiffy lube after being made aware of this leak and an employee stated I could bring it in the next day for the repairs. However when I brought my vehicle back, they denied me service stating they actually can't fix the problem at all and recommended a few places. I reached out to the store as I was very unhappy with this resolution and was informed I should call the 1-800 number on the back of my receipt. The number didn't work, but I googled it and found the actual phone number. I filed an initial complaint with Jiffy Lube' Customer service and the store did reach out, but when they realized who I was, they said they can't do the repair. I asked to speak with a manager because I felt like I was being double charged for nothing. He stated that the store manager Gary would be reaching out within the next day or two. I did not hear back from Gary or the store so I called the customer service number once more. But now I'm even more disappointed with their customer service support as I have not even had a response from Customer Support, Gary or Tom the district manager. I feel like I deserve a full refund due to this inconvenience. Worst case scenario I definitely should get back the tune up fee because they did not properly locate my issue, and now I have to get it repaired at another shop (labor and parts fee)

    This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop in my 49…read moreyears. The first go around with these crooks they had my jeep for two weeks only to call and tell me they had nothing done on it and they had to give it back to me because both of their mechanics quit on the same day. I decided to give them another shot thinking they had been in a bad situation with their last mechanics. I paid over 2 thousand dollars to get my ac fixed only realize after picking it up from them that the jeep blew hot air still and also now had additional issues with the engine that didnt have when i dropped it off. . They told me that they knew exactly what needed to be repaired and would fix it. I once again paid over $1,500 dollars to have the same issue repaired and the new one and once I picked it up realized once again it was blowing hot air and engine problem. They began to tell me that the used parts/ re manufactured parts sometimes don't work. I was furious and asked why they thought it was ok to use remanufactured/ used parts when I was paying for new. They said if i brought it back one more time they would remedy the situation with new parts but that i had to pay the added cost for new parts in\stead of used. I was so baffled they would do this to me but agree to pay as long as they finally fixed the air conditioning. I picked it up a third time with now an additional bill to pay only to drive off with hot air once again. I will never use these part swappers again. They take advantage of every customer and apparently their employees also because the second mechanic that worked on my vehicle has now quit. He called me to apologize for not fixing my vehicle and told me that the owner had told him to use old use parts, and he didn't feel right as a mechanic to do so. I WILL NEVER USE THIS CROOK SERVICE AGAIN AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER CLEAR
