Everybody is always helpful love this place only one i come too... Explain everything that they do at all times

I went here to fix an oil leak that was found at another jiffy lube location and spent hundreds of dollars for the leak to be fixed and for a tune up. Roughly a week after the repairs, my battery went out and I had taken it to another auto shop where they stated I had an oil leak that should get it looked at soon. I took my vehicle back to jiffy lube after being made aware of this leak and an employee stated I could bring it in the next day for the repairs. However when I brought my vehicle back, they denied me service stating they actually can't fix the problem at all and recommended a few places. I reached out to the store as I was very unhappy with this resolution and was informed I should call the 1-800 number on the back of my receipt. The number didn't work, but I googled it and found the actual phone number. I filed an initial complaint with Jiffy Lube' Customer service and the store did reach out, but when they realized who I was, they said they can't do the repair. I asked to speak with a manager because I felt like I was being double charged for nothing. He stated that the store manager Gary would be reaching out within the next day or two. I did not hear back from Gary or the store so I called the customer service number once more. But now I'm even more disappointed with their customer service support as I have not even had a response from Customer Support, Gary or Tom the district manager. I feel like I deserve a full refund due to this inconvenience. Worst case scenario I definitely should get back the tune up fee because they did not properly locate my issue, and now I have to get it repaired at another shop (labor and parts fee) read more

I came to this location after being told at a different Jiffy Lube that my coolant was leaking. They called this place ahead of time so they would be expecting me. They got me in right away and knowing that i was missing work because of car troubles, they tried getting me fixed up and ready to go as soon as they could. My car needed a new part and they called multiple locations nearby to try and locate this part. On the fourth attempt they were able to and they went and picked it up. The guys helping me out were Jose and the Manager there whom i can't remember his name. They were super polite and helpful and their priority on getting you fixed and ready to go was 10/10. If you need anything done to your car, go see Gary and the crew here at the Bridgeton location. They will treat you like not a customer like the other places. They refer to you as a "GUEST". We have several cars and all are serviced here. From oil changes to tires. They will get you squared away. read more

i have been to this location 3 times now in the past month and each time, they were so nice and caring. back on 2/12 i had a screw in my driver side front tire and Gary took care of me the first time, then i came in on 3/8 because my passenger front tire wouldn't air up, the girl who works there, didn't catch her name, took out a small rubber piece that was blocking the path for the air to go in the valve stem and she was super quick and efficient. i just left there today because my back passenger tire was losing air due to a small nail he said, and gary was there again to take a look at it and patch it up. i was then helped by Jose, who was super nice as well. 10/10 recommend this location. will go back each time the highway sends a screw/nail into my tires! read more

I went in (105 degree index) 98 degree weather to get an oil change. The staff on 7/21 were very efficient and awesome to work in these harsh conditions. Pierre was very good at recommending what I need and letting me know how much long things would take. I had excellent service which depends on the location. My concern was more on the work conditions. Those men and speaking for the person who worked on my car Pierre was sweating profusely and no one had an attitude or worked less. I felt so bad that there aren't any ac fans or anything for them. The person I had work on my car had to go to the restroom and put water on himself to cool off. Never complained and I wanted to write a review just to say that they really worked hard for the conditions they face. It was so hot outside and they worked like it is a normal day. read more

I chose this location to have my cars serviced. Initially because it was close to my employer. I was pleasantly surprised by every person there I've encounter has been not only efficient ,knowledgeable and very personable Shout out Kelsey she makes the job look easy. Went to this Jiffy Lube July 22nd having never got my oil change before.... Transitioning to becoming an adult... Drove my car up to park and before I got out someone was there to greet me and ask what I needed. They were helpful from start to finish and attentive and caring as well. I was unsure on exactly the process while there, but never once did they make me feel unintelligent. They answered my questions. They did not pressure any service upon me by over recommending, but rather alert me on what may need to be done. They have a deal as well on oil changes I believe on the weekdays before 10 which I wish I knew about before, but I will for next time! A lot has changed in 3 years.... Update below. I've used this Jiffy lube more than a few times for oil changes and other services with rarely a reason to complain (reason for 2 stars instead of 1). Today was different, my wife and 9 month old child were going to drop off our car for a safety and emissions inspection. They arrived at 2, I came to pick them up. As we expected it may take a while, which we were fine with. When I arrived I was surprised as they still had not helped her (take her keys and place her in the queue). I had asked if she pulled up to the line or just parked. She said just parked, so I gave the benefit of the doubt to the employees. I then around 2:20 or so pulled the car in the line to get some sort of acknowledgement. I got acknowledgement from an employee who stated it would be a 2.5 hour wait and I said that'd be fine I'm just dropping it off. He told me to sit inside and wait. I obliged partly as I stood inside to wait, in hopes it would be a couple of moments. 20 minutes later without a response we took the car we wanted inspected and the car I showed up in to pick up my wife and kid to leave. My frustrated summary: I was unaware that you need to be held hostage for a part of your wait time rather than giving employees of Jiffy Lube a key to the car to work on. Message to owner: You'll have skewed metrics on time it takes to get a car through on services if your employees are waiting to put a car in queue on your system. I.E. if we had waited, this car may have only taken 1.5 hours vs 2.5 hours as your customer waited 1 hour to be helped. read more

I went there with my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Asked how much, they said $91. Which I thought was high. Then they proceeded to lie and tell me I needed 6 quarts.plus extra charges for filter disposal. Now the price was up to $120 +. Called Toyota dealership and they could do it for $69 with 100% synthetic oil. Jiffy Lube guys were dishonest and a ripoff. read more

Excellent people. I'm a Soldier making my way back to base my a/c stopped working took it in to jiffy lube and Jose/humble Hispanic guy diagnosed the problem as the rest of the staff helped. If I was staying in the area, I would honestly trust these guys to service my car but I'm heading down to Junction city. Very polite as well! They saved me a ton of money. read more

I came in because the cadillac service dept at my local dealer would not answer the phone. I was very skeptical at first because I have never been to an independent oil facility. I pulled up and they had asked if I knew what kind of oil my car took, and all I know is it takes synthetic. They walked me inside and showed me my choices and price options. My oil change was the second to most expensive, but I was informed that it included vacuuming and free refill of any fluids. Also, I don't have to be back here for 7,500 miles. Awesome. The man assured me He would not pressure me into purchasing anything extra, and he was true to his word. I only waited about 15 minutes, and I was back on the road. Everyone was nice and professional. Better than expected. Also, my car was much cleaner than when I came in, so I feel good about my experience, and I will be back. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Took my vehicle in to get breaks and rotors. They didnt do the job right . Less than an hour later im being towed home becaus my rotor fell off and popped my ball joint. Tow truck driver said they did a poor unprofessional job. Nothing was attached right. read more

These guys were awesome. Went in bright and early for an oil change on a Saturday morning, drove right in and before i knew it was being handed a cup of coffee, shown to the waiting room and was told that my service would only take about 15 minutes. These guys were polite, courteous and didn't complain one bit even after I declined additional services. As far a instant oil change places go...this is as good as it gets! read more

I had the Missouri inspection at another jiffy Lube. They sent me to this location to get the problems fixed it.. I visited the store and showed them the report. The team at this Jiffy Lube quickly got me an estimate and we set up the appointment for 9:00 a.m. on Wed Feb 18. Dropped the car off and waited. During the process the mechanic had me come out to the bay to show me the part that had to be replaced. The inspector at the other Jiffy Lube had suggested replacing another part that was also wearing out. The mechanic agreed and got me a price quote. I said fix it. He didn't charge me the full labor cost because most of the work had aklready been done to replace the bad part. After he ordered the part he came back and said that the part new would be here in 20 minutes. At 11:30 I was done. Timely service. Fair price.Jiffy Lube did not try to jack up the cost on me.
