I called CK who came out, tested the alternator and found out that the alternator was fine, but it did need a new battery. they replaced the battery and the new serpentine belt within a half an hour. They were extremely courteous, and honest, and the fact that they didn't replace the alternator that did not need it. I obviously will not go back to Dobbs anymore as they tried to rip off my 90-year-old mother. I highly recommend CK.

The woman that took care of me was so very nice. She had them run the test while I was there so I didn't have to worry about getting home and getting back to pick up my car. She was super nice, gave me a soda and in about 15 minutes they had it done and I was on my way home. Megan took care of me at the desk and the service guy M (sorry I didn't have your name) were amazing. I can't say anything about cost because the state sets that but I will go back if I need anything. A+ service.

On one occasion, when my check engine light came, on he told me to go across the street to Auto Zone and purchase two bottles of Lucas fuel injector cleaner (engine was running too lean) and use both bottles in two consecutive fill-ups. Don't go anywhere else but Russell Automotive, you'll be glad you did. I refer everyone I can in the hope that he stays in business forever, My only complaint is he doesn't do any transmission work.

It was going to be about $6000. My older dad decided not to keep the car so we ended up gifting it to a family member. The family member ended up checking the transmission fluid. They had to remove apart in order to do that and turns out it was 2 quarts low on transmission fluid. The car has been running perfect ever since I called this company and told them about it and all they told me was they were sorry and that the mechanic that checked out my car no longer works there. My dad would've never gotten rid of this car just because it had low transmission fluid. Apparently we were being scammed for a new transmission.
