They needed my car for four hours so I brought it in at the agreed upon 9:00 am. Unfortunately, I didn't get my car back until 4:30. The good news is that I had four tire pressure monitors replaced. I had the exact same four tire pressure monitors replaced on an identical car two weeks earlier, at a Cadillac dealer in Florida. Arvin was 45% ($270) less than the dealer. The dealerships wouldn't help because I had not bought a BMW OEM motor at over $600 (I bought a 3rd party motor that had an identical spec to the OEM motor for under $200). I contacted Joe's because, honestly, the name sounded like a local shop that wouldn't give me a run around. I was right. The gave me an appointment for that week. I waited in the shop while they installed the motor in under 1.5 hours and was on my way for under $200. So, BMW was going to charge me over $1,000 for parts/labor. With Joe's garage, I was able to get it done for under $400. Huge savings and very happy customer.
