I purchased my vehicle in December 2022 and trusted Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield to handle the…read moretitle and registration properly. At one point, I considered trading the car in and handed over my title to the dealership, but when I decided not to proceed with the trade-in, I was told the title had been accidentally destroyed. Since then, I have been given temporary dealer plates and repeatedly assured that a replacement title was requested. It has now been nearly three years, and I still do not have the title or the documents needed to properly register my vehicle. For almost one year, I have been unable to legally use the car because the dealer plates have expired multiple times, and now I am being told I cannot get any plates at all. That is completely unacceptable. I have continued faithfully making payments through Mercedes Finance and am nearly finished paying off the vehicle, yet I still cannot register it. Driving with expired plates is illegal and has caused me stress, inconvenience, and unnecessary expense. I have done everything I could to follow up and resolve this in good faith, but I keep getting the same vague answers and no real solution from Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield. What makes this even more upsetting is that I expected Mercedes-level service from a luxury brand and specifically from Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield. Instead, I have felt ignored, dismissed, and taken for granted. We even contacted Mercedes directly and were told the dealership had to submit the request, but the issue still remains unresolved. At this point, I have to ask how long a dealership request is supposed to take. I also cannot help but wonder whether I have been treated this way because I am a woman and a minority. Being ignored repeatedly has made me feel disrespected and looked down upon. Whether intentional or not, that is how this experience has felt. While Chris has been helpful and tried to assist above and beyond, even he has not been able to get answers or a solution from the team at Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield. I appreciate his efforts, but I need action, accountability, and a real resolution. This has gone on far too long. A luxury brand should provide luxury service, and that has not been my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield.

Missouri was in the throes of the aptly named Devil's Front Porch season recently and mom's car was having AC issues: cold on the right side and warm on the left. Yeah, no. And now the AC is blowing colder than Third Winter. Lindenwood is an oldie, but a goodie.

While having my Tahoe literally all day, from 6am to at least 3pm with zero communications I finally called them to be told "I don't know" when asked the status of my vehicle. Furthermore, Tom said he hadn't received the analysis report from the mechanic. Well maybe Tom, you should have at least taken the time to contact them for you paying costumer, but instead he said "I DON'T KNOW" WTF?! We rely on having two vehicles!!! It wasn't until the following late morning Tom called me and again seemed soooo disgruntled and miserable. Like he absolutely hates his job! Or maybe talking to costumers! Either way they did NOT do the work, we took our vehicle elsewhere. As we will plan on doing in the future. Tom, you need to probably find a different job with zero interaction with people.
