Technicians Grant and Ben are wonderful customer service oriented employees. The owner however is non-responsive and not a man of his word. He told me a particular service was included with my interior and exterior detailing. Due to Broken equipment and then uncooperative weather, my appointment had to be rescheduled twice. Once the service was provided and after the technicians left I realized they had not provided one of the services promised. I contacted the owner and he told me it was his fault that he did not reschedule it with that service and he refused to honor that service because it would not be feasible for him to pay the gas and labor fees to come back out and do what was promised. Several times he was to have called me to reschedule or make other arrangements but he never did and I always had to reach out to him to get the services rearranged. Ultimately he is not a man of his word . Very disappointing and not a good way to do business. read more
