He told me a particular service was included with my interior and exterior detailing. Due to Broken equipment and then uncooperative weather, my appointment had to be rescheduled twice. Once the service was provided and after the technicians left I realized they had not provided one of the services promised. I contacted the owner and he told me it was his fault that he did not reschedule it with that service and he refused to honor that service because it would not be feasible for him to pay the gas and labor fees to come back out and do what was promised. Several times he was to have called me to reschedule or make other arrangements but he never did and I always had to reach out to him to get the services rearranged. Ultimately he is not a man of his word . Very disappointing and not a good way to do business.

Found this place here on Yelp - drive over to look at the facility. The owner greeted me and answered all my questions and gave me a quote. Made an appointment today and when I went to get my car they were just finishing. The car, a 2010 Cayman looked amazing. Nothing was missed, quality materials were used. Again I was greeted by the owner who has excellent customer service skills. We went out and looked over the job- he told me a little about what they had done and why. Happy, I paid my bill and left with a song in my heart and a spring in my step.

After I started to see the kinds of cars they worked on I was pretty sure they were the ones for me. After visiting their location, and talking with Cesar I made up my mind that this was the place to take my car. I brought my car in on a Tuesday evening and got it back in a week. They did say it could be done by Saturday, but it really didn't bother me to get it back late since it looked fantastic. I stopped by one of the days to take a look at the progress and was impressed how glossy my car looked. When I finally picked up my car after everything was done it looked brand new. The car is six years old so there are some chips in the front, but I liked that they called me with progress and let me know about all the imperfections. Furthermore, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything more. I truly felt like they were just informing me of things they found instead of trying to get me to buy more stuff. I recommend them over any other detailing shop, and will certainly be bringing my cars there in the future.
