I was referred to Dents R Us by the Vehicle Protection Policy that I purchased with my brand new 2015 Dodge Dart SXT Rallye. One fine day I was driving down the highway and the largest road alligator that I've ever seen was chucked up by the 18 wheeler in front of me. That day was already a wonderful day because I was taking my girlfriend to the E.R., can you sense the sarcasm of that day yet? At any rate, my twenty one thousand dollar deep blue Dodge Dart got smacked by this hundred pound piece of rubber right to the hood. Adding to my dismay the 2015 Dodge Dart has an aluminum hood.. I was expecting to have to deal with a dent in my new car forever. I'm a perfectionist and my Dart is my first brand new car ever. I take extreme care when it comes to my paint job and having owned a show car before I can instantly spot flaws. Well now that this review has gotten this far and your probably wondering when I'm going to get to the good stuff. Well, I cannot speak more highly of this company if I wanted to. Dents R Us took care of my beautiful Dart. The owner called me 2 days after I made the claim to my protection policy and worked with me on my schedule to bring the car in on a Saturday. I dropped off the Dart at 9-AM and the owner called me at noon and said she's all good to go. I was skeptical at first that the dents could even be worked out, let alone on an aluminum hood. Did I mention that this car has a very dark blue paint. Anyone that has seen a dark car knows that you can see the tiniest dent, scratch, or dirt. However, dark cars are the most reflective. I could not even tell the damage was ever done and looked at it from every single angle before I signed off on it. This is an incredible small business with awesome work ethic and providing the best service I have had in a long long time from a mechanic/autobody shop. read more
