I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

He texted me on Friday stating " Hey I believe it's out for delivery today. I just got a notification I'll update you in a bit. Well the wrap never came and now he is ignoring all calls and text and it's been a week since that text was received. Overall, this experience was a huge inconvenience and a letdown.
