    They quoted me a price that included windshield installation, recalibration, cleanup, labor and…read moretravel to my home (price was quoted BEFORE I told them I needed them come to me, so basically N/C for travel!), which was a fair price after seeing the other quotes, one of which was around the same price, but didn't include re-calibration. I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

She said they would call to set up an appointment. I was called later that afternoon, and was able to make an appointment for just two days later. You have the option of going to the store, or having them come to you. I showed up at the assigned time, and they already had all the info from my insurance, so I just needed to give them my key, and wait in their comfortable lobby. The job was completed in less than an hour, I got instructions on what I needed to do so the new window didn't shift and cured properly, and they even vacuumed my floorboards. The experience was quick and painless, and the techs were professional and helpful.

Had I been notified earlier, I could have adjusted my plans accordingly. Customer service is about communication and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations. I hope the company takes steps to improve scheduling and communication so other customers do not have to deal with the same frustration." If you'd like to put a little more pressure on them while still sounding professional, you could add: "As someone who manages customer relationships for a living, I know things don't always go as planned. What matters is proactive communication. Waiting until the appointment window has begun to cancel is simply not acceptable."

This was especially frustrating since it was right in the middle of car show season, and I missed multiple opportunities because my vehicle wasn't ready. To make matters worse, the job wasn't even completed properly when I finally got the truck back. The quality of the work was not what was promised, and it felt rushed and unfinished. After such a long delay, I expected much better attention to detail and professionalism. The owner Lucas and I had an agreement that he would send me some wrap to my address to replace what was messed up and not finished. . He texted me on Friday stating " Hey I believe it's out for delivery today. I just got a notification I'll update you in a bit. Well the wrap never came and now he is ignoring all calls and text and it's been a week since that text was received. Overall, this experience was a huge inconvenience and a letdown. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or quality work.

We have brought the truck back multiple times to have the work redone. On three separate occasions, we were told to drop the truck off, and when we returned more than seven hours later, the truck had not moved from the parking spot at all. This level of service is extremely unprofessional. There always seemed to be an excuse rather than accountability. The service is not cheap, but the follow-through certainly reflects otherwise. Lucas stated he would pay for the work to be redone by someone who previously worked in the shop. After multiple attempts to obtain that person's information, he finally provided it. However, speaking with that individual only painted the company in an even more negative light and brought attention to multiple inconsistencies in what Lucas had told us. Overall, this experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on our experience
