I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

A small rock recently cracked my windshield on a Wednesday morning. So that same night, I used Yelp's project feature to see if I could find anyone with sooner availability. Glas Tek was the first business to contact me, and I heard from them quite literally less than 10 minutes after submitting the request. I can't say enough great things about their responsiveness and friendly, straightforward communication. The whole process start to end was smooth and stress-free. That same night, we scheduled a time for someone to come and fix the crack the very next day. Dennis ended up coming to my work on Thursday morning, and I received a text from him letting me know that my windshield was all fixed and that I could call him to provide my payment. I had another small crack on my windshield that had already been there for almost a year, and he was able to fix that one too. I was very impressed that he was able to repair it! They are racist and down women. They not even consistent with the prices and never know how much anything will be.

"Bob's Glass" was the answer every time! I gave home a call, left a message, which got me a call back within an hour or two. I told him my situation and he quickly said $200 FLAT! Of course I jumped on it, he said it would be ready to go in fri. On thur. he called back telling me the glass came in with a scratch and that because he doesn't sell damaged good the new one will be in first of the week. I was a little discouraged, but boy was I not disappointed. He came by 9 am and had it done within an hour!! One hour later ( for the seal to dry ) I was on my way. The rear view mirror which was ify before was perfect afterwards. While he did the install we talked and I found out he's been doing this for 46 years! I highly recommend Bob to anyone cause he is honest, quick, after several glass jobs I have never met anyone more polite and professional.
