W. M. I live in Eureka Mo. I used to live in Columbia and I dealt with the original Firestone owner years ago. A great place to have things repaired and great service. When Bernhard bought the shop I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleased to see the new owner maintained the excellence and personal attention I was used to. I have a 3/4 ton 4 wheel drive truck that is lifted with 37/13.5/22 tires on 22 x12 wheels. The wheels were new, never had tires on them. I bought 4 Firestone Destination MT tires. These guys had a new tire machine that mounted the new tires on my wheels and the machine never touched the rim. I was impressed, no scratches are blemishes to my new wheels. I got 70.000 miles out of those tires...impressive. Recently I needed new tires so I called and ended up with another great set of tires that were balanced great, no vibration at all. Bernhard did a complete inspection on my truck showing pictures and video of the parts that were bad or going bad. When I paid for the tires there was another page that listed everything that needed attention and a quote for each item. What a great service. I have always done my own repairs and this let me know everything that needed attention to my truck. The best way to get the most milage out of a set of tires is 1. Make sure ALL front end parts are good, 2. maintain the correct tire pressure. 3. A scheduled tire rotation, I do mine every 5000 miles. Our AC went out on a road trip to Ozarks and luckily we stopped here ! They spent a lot of time with us helping to problem solve how we could get our car fixed even though they couldn't completely fix it and weren't going to make $$. Unheard of, right ? It is for us, not coming from a small town. They fixed our AC problem enough so that we could get to the Ozarks with air and then helped us find another auto shop that could do the work. I use Yelp frequently but don't post as many reviews as I should. After having an excellent service experience today I had to share it. I have a Porsche Boxster S with just at 14,000 miles and I was having a vibration issue from the front of my car. The recent new ownership and new mechanics were able to do a road force balance and remount one tire to completely fix the vibration. I was nervous to bring the car to Firestone rather than the dealer but being so much closer and after talking to the new owner and staff I felt very comfortable that they had the machinery and knowledge to fix the problem. All of the employees seem to be car nuts who care about your car and make sure not to scratch rims or cause other issues. Thank you to the new owners and staff! read more

I have been taking my Jeep here for several years. I began with tires, but soon learned they do much more and with exceptional service. I have had them do a lot of suspension work and lately engine work on my high mileage vehicle. I already had my car diagnosed, all i asked them to do was get me an estimate for the parts and they charged me for diagnostic and services they didn't do. They were very rude and condescending when i asked questions concerning my vehicle and pricing. Also they ripped the chevy emblem off the front of my car didn't even mention it to me when car was returned I found it in my glove box later. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. I ended up getting quotes for half the price they wanted at almost every shop i called. Bad people = bad service. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and to have a new valve stem for the front tire. I received a phone call 6 hours later from the service writer telling me I needed a $1000 air conditioner compressor. I politely declined. Went to pick up my vehicle only to find out they never fixed the tire and didn't reset the computer for the oil change. I guess they were too busy trying to sell me on the air conditioner they didn't bother to fix the one thing I asked them to do. I will not deal with this business again read more
