He knows what he is doing but he told me that if my front left tire has more tread than the front right, it won't cause the car to shake. He always recommends I check my brakes and rotors but i figure; if you have one leg slightly longer than the other, you'll walk unevenly. Same for tires. Some of his advice makes me scratch my head sometimes but he is an honest and respectable man with a great business. I will patronize again, should I need a tire shop! I leave work at 5:30pm and hear a scraping sound, I hit the highway and it gets louder, I pull over at the first exit and discover that they didn't attach my skid plate. Thankfully I had AAA, called them and they had to send out two trucks since the first one couldn't repair it. They were going to tow my car until the serviceman was able to do a quick fix on the side of the road. By this time, I had spent over 2 1/2 hours on the side of the road in 90-degree heat on a Friday night where I had dinner plans (these plans were obviously missed). I get home at 8:30pm, a normal 30-minute drive taking 3 hours. I send them an e-mail detailing how they forgot to bolt on my skid plate. Monday they call and I'm told that as long as they have an open bay available, they should be able to get my car in. "What?!" You botch the job and then you're not even guaranteeing that you'll be able to get it fixed the next time I bring it in? They have on their site that they will pick your car up and return it to you, they do not offer me this service. They don't offer a refund, discount or anything, I don't even get an apology in person. The only apology I ever received was via text after they secured my plate. That apology was preceded by the sentence, "There doesn't appear to be GREAT damage to your skidplate". Oh cool, your shop's incompetence damaged my car, but at least it's not "Great" damage. They give you a 20-point inspection when you get an oil change, 6 of those items are "undercar", but apparently nobody noticed a loose skid plate! Which pretty much makes this whole inspection completely worthless as I don't trust it. To put your family name on this business and offer such a crap service is unfathomable to me. I will never come here again.

We have been coming here for about 2 years and have had excellent service every time. They are efficient and have great customer service. Not only with my experience when needing repairs, but just waiting for my service to finish listening to customer interaction. We have been given upfront pricing and options to get repairs done. And listening to phone conversations while waiting, they are diligent at explaining why repairs need to get done and what repairs could be held off if $$ is an issue because the repair(s) that need to get done are high. I never heard or have experienced any high pressure sales. It's my opinion that they are looking out for the customer, their financial ability, and the service of the vehicle to give the owner the longevity of that vehicle.

In all seriousness, my low tire pressure light came on immediately and I have to think fast to figure out what was close by. My car was not going to make it much further and air was quickly expiring. So, I turned where I always do for the best nearby spots (Yelp) and I found Telle Tire. Unfortunately, I arrived at 5:45pm, 15 minutes after they closed. I saw there was a place to drop your key, but I had never been a customer here before and was also in a hurry to still get to my cycling class. A gentleman came out of the locked door and offered to help. He proceeded to take my name and number and let me leave my keys and told me he'd give me a call tomorrow after they evaluated the tire. I was so grateful, as they were technically closed. Sure enough, they called me promptly the next day, they were able to get the exact tire I needed, one that matched my other tires, same day! They serviced it that day too, and it was ready by the end of the next day. The price was right too! It was $50 under what I have paid at other places for the exact same thing, so I was thrilled. I really appreciate this business, as they went out of their way to help me and delivered on everything they said they would and more. Totally won me over.

The sensor kept coming back on and Greg had purchased a battery operated tire pump and filled it up several times. Plaza said they could look at it that day and a few hours later George received a call the car was ready. When we arrived they said, "no charge" and asked how George had been inflating the tires. Evidently he and Greg failed to measure the tire pressure and just guessed it needed more air and had overinflated one of the tires to double what it was rated at. Needless to say George was thrilled that was the problem. These guys could have taken advantage of the situation and even told me this happens fairly often. Anyway, they got my business that day. Follow up: Came in next day to get alignment fixed because my steering wheel was slightly turned to the right. When I would position my wheel straight it would have me going to the left very much instead of straight. I had to come back up here and get that addressed.
