Matt at Meixner Tire & Auto gave us a quote, we decided to go with it and are SO VERY PLEASED we did. The estimate/quote we were given came very very close to the final cost. They were very quick to get it fixed, and very efficient and helpful. Not only did they do great work, and the truck runs very well, they called a week or so after and asked how things were going and told us to bring it back in if we thought it needed any adjustment. Thank you SO very much Meixner!!! We will be returning for our car repairs in the future. I recommend them highly to anyone looking for repairs etc. PS everyone one that we encountered there was very nice and very professional!

Fast forward 3 years l----- 3 years -----l 13November2021 I had Plaza (Arnold) install 225/65/17 Falken Wildpeak AT3W's and Rear Camber Bolts (because AxleBoy Offroad in St. Charles F*cked me back in June)... I also paid for the premium allignment package. Now, I possibly paid a little more than I would have elsewhere but these guys also brought me back into the shop and talked to me like a human. Explained to me what was goin on and what my options were if the corrected any issues. I greatly appreciate that. I cannot remember everyone's name but these dudes are professional. I have already put like 7xx miles on these Wildpeaks since the install and I am in love with them. Note: Before any price point may scare you, know that these dudes know what they're doing and are more than willing to talk you through it all before they begin work. Bought 4 tires installed, asked they check TPMS as were registering on wrong positions. Picked up…read morecar and discovered over 10 PSI difference between tires, returned to have them adjust. Discovered TPMS still on wrong position so back to shop again, they reset TPMS and said "one battery is low, they change valve stems but do not check batteries during TPMS service". (What!!!, I was charged a TPMS service $36) A week later battery went out, back to shop "they will replace TPMS at cost of $240.00"!!! Then I looked at valve stems - they did not replace them as they said they did!!! Also, of course car needed front end alignment for $130, they only aligned one wheel, said "the others were close enough".

Discount tire in Texas has done this exact service multiple times But my friend here in Arnold recommended them. The Other customers behind me were notably annoyed with the wait. They definitely need to add more employees to the front desk. The last sentence spoken to me was "sorry buddy we can't mount your tire to the rim" Haven't been called "buddy" in years. You have one bad experience and then you ruin their ratings with one star. Shame on you. I always give everyone enough chances to give me enough information to make my reviews accurate and fair. My advice is to calm down and think before you make a decision that can be potentially harmful to a business that is really trying to do a good job.
