All her money is hard earned at her job. Thankfully, there were regulars at her with (God bless them) who happen to own "consumer glass". When they had heard about what happened, they called her over and with an understanding of the situation (emotionally/financially) told her they'd help out with a super fair local deal. In other words, "we'll take care of you." I was really impressed at how prompt and attentive they were here. I was in and out in LESS THAN 1 HOUR! Talk about service! They really took Care of us here. They did an excellent job, were quick and fair. It's service like that, that will get my call any other time I have an auto glass repair. I always will support local businesses, because they support their community. Come and support consumer glass! Thank you to the owners for assisting us with or situation! It's really appreciated!

He said to go to County Glass and Mirror instead. Well, he said go to the place on Manchester and I'm guessing this is it. When I got to County Glass and Mirror, they were in the middle of a power outage. I still go service. The employee grabbed a pen and paper (gasp), did math on a calculator (or a phone's calculator... it wasn't totally 1995 in the store), and then they called me about a week later to tell me it was ready for pickup. They didn't try to upsell me. They didn't give me multiple options. This is the one kind of glass for this thing and I was happy with that. I was in and out in 5 minutes at most both times I visited The prices seem good. The glass is great! I should have done this years ago, but I didn't know it would be this simple. I will go here first the next time I need glass.

Kevin did this replacement without a scratch. He also caulked all the other atrium windows. They were very respectfully of our property inside and out. Thank you for a job will done. I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys.
