At first I was concerned about the process at Car Craft. They wanted to have me drop my car off with just the insurance companies estimate. They told me they would start then, order the parts and fix it. I didn't plan on getting a rental but couldn't be without my car for very long. After looking at it they estimated they would have my car back to me in 10 days. So basically 8 business days. (To be honest i wasn't happy but what could i do?) They actually texted me the entire time with updates. On the following Monday (so 4business days in) that my car was over halfway finished but they still estimated a pickup date of Friday. Then on Tuesday i got a message that the car was almost completely finished and that i could possibly pick it up on Wed. When Tuesday rolled around they called about 2:30 to say it was ready! I was ecstatic!!! (It was only 5 business days!) Unfortunately for me i was stuck at way later than they were open so i went to grab it the next morning. Now i keep my car pretty clean but when they pulled it around to the front door for me(such a nice touch) It looked so fabulous! The bumper was back to looking brand new! I took it home and looked at it very closely in the sunlight. Now I know(my Was-bend is a car painter by trade) that metallic paint is extremely hard to match and expensive to paint because you have to paint it in 3 stages. And when you are trying to blend the metallic it is very difficult to make it look right. Anyway you can NOT tell that anything has been repaired or replaced. And I'm pretty sure they detailed the interior AND the exterior of the car! There were a few minor scuffs that have disappeared , as well! I've never had that experience before at an autobody place! I'm a chick and they never made me feel uncomfortable or dumb and that's not been common for me. Also everyone was SO nice! You can tell they all love working there! They all were full of smiles! Wow what an amazing experience! Also my insurance adjuster said that they are considered a preferred provider for them and that they have been working together for years and they guarantee their work for the entire time you own the vehicle! And all i did was make the appointment and drop it off. I didn't have to contact my insurance or bring them a check. Everything was handled. I just paid my deductible when i picked up my ride. So if you are looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired CALL THEM!

Then he called me with a quote, it was about $500 cheaper than the shop I got quoted from near me. Second, he told me it'd be 3-4 days and the shop that was close to me was telling me 7-10. Third, I picked the car up on the 4th day, at 11am, and it looks FANTASTIC!! I paid a lot of money to have my roof repainted as well as an already prepped and ready to paint spoiler. I should have took the advice and taking it to a professional paint shop and should have known that they would produce shoddy work like what I recieved. For what I paid I should expect it to be pristine. No, I got several paint runs on the roof and on the spoiler despite them charging me for prep work. Then when mentioning a 30% off coupon "Al" declined to accept it despite it being on the website. In addition I couldn't pick up my vehicle exactly at 4:00 because apparently the franchise owner had somewhere to be on Friday and couldn't stay for 10 minutes to ring out my transaction so I could inspect it. Second issue was they left my interior completely filled with dust from prep work and didn't even bother to vacuum or even take the disposable paper floor mat out when I picked up my vehicle. To me that screams laziness and that they really could care less about cleanliness about customers vehicles but they have the gall and audacity to charge an arm and a leg for labor. Due to this experience I will never use Maaco again for any of my painting needs and will rely on a more professional shop that actually takes customer satisfaction at a much higher level.
