I can't say enough good things about this company. I've used several restoration companies in the area for small projects in the past, but none of them can match the service and quality provided by Frisco Hill. They worked closely with me to stay within budget, provided superior guidance and advice, and gave weekly updates with photos on progress. Chris, Sean, Kevin, Charlie, Eric, and everyone I met at Frisco treated me with respect even though I did not have the deep pockets for a complete rebuild. I do have to disagree with Adam B as I have been majorly disappointed with the work and charges from other firms. Frisco was always up front with their estimates and open to discuss options. Found out I was getting double billed on my car because they had one body man screw some work up and another guy had to fix multiple things. How is that my problem. They lied straight to my face about it too. Apparently this happens on the regular there after talking to multiple other Frisco hill customers. Also they are constantly firing and hiring people during builds so the work is never consistent. Dont go here! read more

Since I live out of town I arranged for a time I was visiting. My son dropped off and repairs were completed under the estimated three days. But a snag in the lights caused a delay. It was not there problem. They went well beyond to fix the issue and eventually did with only a small delay. Ken bent over backwards to ensure it was working correctly. Delivery of the car was easy. Ken explained the process he used to repair the car showing us the old bumper. He also explained the difficulty with the electrical that was resolved with great pain and add cost he did not transfer to us. Double WOW!!! The cost came in even a bit less than the revised quote some how, The shop may not look like much from the front, but it's quite large.
