They worked closely with me to stay within budget, provided superior guidance and advice, and gave weekly updates with photos on progress. Chris, Sean, Kevin, Charlie, Eric, and everyone I met at Frisco treated me with respect even though I did not have the deep pockets for a complete rebuild. I do have to disagree with Adam B as I have been majorly disappointed with the work and charges from other firms. Frisco was always up front with their estimates and open to discuss options. When I asked why it was so way off from what he quoted me from the last 3 times I spoke with him he said the difference is because of the amount per hour they charged to install it. I said he never told me that the last three times we quoted me. His response, " oh I guess I should have told ya that." No service recovery or anything!
