It wouldn't roll back up and had come so far off track that it was sitting crooked. I had to manually get it back on track just to keep it closed until I could get an appointment. I called Legacy on a Thursday afternoon, and they let me know they could take a look at it the following Monday. I was grateful to get an appointment so quickly and decided to schedule an oil change as well since it was about time for one. After scheduling, I received a text confirmation and then a reminder the day before my appointment, which I really appreciated. On Monday morning, I arrived around 8:00 a.m. when they opened to check in and drop off my car. I was greeted right away, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They already had all of my vehicle concerns in the system, so they simply confirmed the details with me. Since it was my first time at this location, they also suggested a full vehicle inspection, which I knew would be helpful. Later that day, I received a text with a link to a detailed vehicle report. It clearly outlined what needed immediate attention (the driver's side window) and identified a few other items to keep an eye on. I really liked how the report included photos and easy-to-understand explanations. I called to review the costs of the window repair and oil change and also asked whether there were any other priority issues. The employee I spoke with was honest and straightforward, explaining that the other items could be addressed during a future visit if needed. A few hours later, I received a call letting me know my car was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, I was still at work and wouldn't be able to make it before closing. They offered to send me a payment link and explained that they would place my keys in a secure lockbox outside so I could pick up the car later that evening. Super helpful! Overall, I really appreciated the honesty, communication, and level of service I received. The entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish, and it's reassuring to know there's a trustworthy automotive shop nearby. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.

The following morning I called inquiring about the second key fob and they assured us that they were going to mail it. We've called 3 additional times asking where and when we would receive it. We bought this vehicle for our son in college in another state and will not release the vehicle to him until we receive our second key fob. This is very unprofessional and I will never deal with this dealership again.

I trusted Robbie to count the cash I handed him but he miscounted it - first by $1,000. Then when I called and asked him to count again, he admitted there was a mistake made but he still wasn't being honest. I'm sure it's because I'm female and was alone (my husband was killed in a car accident 4 years ago or he would have been handling everything), so it was disappointing to know this business had such deceptive employees. I had only heard mostly positive things about this place but, unfortunately, my experience was anything but. By the way, I contributed to the problem by giving them the opportunity to steal from me. Honest people will not take advantage of it, so I made the assumption that they had integrity. Sadly, I was mistaken and it was a costly lesson.
