Still leaked, turns out they never did the oil pan. Took back and fixed. Butch claimed his new guy worked on it. I had to take photos to prove the catalytic converter was not removed, (which has to for pan seal). Less than 3000 miles later everything leaking again. Took to another shop to check. They found bolts loose and missing from water pump and timing cover. Bolts loose on timing chain guide, so cover was rubbing from incorrect install of timing chain. Very unsafe as at any minute could have catastrophic failure. All damage was a result of poor workmanship. New repairs cost $2900. I would NEVER take a car here. As nice as guy Butch may be, there quality is terrible.

I arrived at the shop at 5:40 ( they close at 6) expecting to leave the bad wheel with them , and pick it up the next day, but they jumped on it and put the new tire on the wheel and onto my vehicle in no time. I was on my way back home at 6:00. I have never received this kind of service at any of the big name tire stores. I highly recommend them and they are my new tire store. Friendly personal service . Another mechanic actually said, in writing, this was gross negligence due to the amount of things put back together incorrectly. They don't know what they are doing. I drove my car to the appointment and then when service was "completed" it was not able to be turned on and needed to be towed! We actually thought parts were stolen off my car given the amount of issues. I was then repeatedly threatened for payment (while my car was broken down because of them). they could not even turn the car on to check to see if their work was correct. I was told "it doesn't matter if you aren't happy with the service". My car was worse than when I left it with them, I couldn't turn my car on and it took a specialist to figure out what they had done. Horrible, a nightmare, please don't use them because they will do a botch job and then threaten you for payment.
