I had the keys to my car but had accidentally locked a steering wheel safety device on it while parked on a side street near my job, deep in St. Louis City. Brandon from R & R immediately responded to my request via Yelp and text, giving me a quick quote and reassuring me that he could help. He arrived in under 40 minutes and solved my problem with ease! He even recommended I find a towel or sheet to catch any debris from the job, which showed how thoughtful and thorough he was. Fast forward to today: I get word that a neighbor locked her keys, phone, and pet inside her car. I didn't hesitate and reached out to Brandon again. Though I wasn't the point person on the ground this time, I let him know someone else would contact him with the details, and Brandon made it clear he was on his way to St. Louis County. True to form, he arrived in under 40 minutes and saved the day once again! What really stands out about Brandon is not just his skill, but his personality. I called AAA after it had been over 2 hours and hadn't heard anything from Chris and Son's. I was on hold for 10 minutes and AAA said they would call them and they would not pick up their phone. So now AAA is canceling them and getting me a new tow truck. So these guys suck. Now I would not recommend Chris and sons and I will not be using them again. Next time I call AAA and they say it's Chris and Sons coming to help, I am going to refuse them. Im in Cuba and they are located in Cuba. Why am I waiting this long with not a single update? I realized I had bald tires and was nervous I wouldn't make it up the icy road. He drove my car to the top of the street and walked back down to the tow truck. I will highly recommend them.
