After I started to see the kinds of cars they worked on I was pretty sure they were the ones for me. After visiting their location, and talking with Cesar I made up my mind that this was the place to take my car. I brought my car in on a Tuesday evening and got it back in a week. They did say it could be done by Saturday, but it really didn't bother me to get it back late since it looked fantastic. I stopped by one of the days to take a look at the progress and was impressed how glossy my car looked. When I finally picked up my car after everything was done it looked brand new. The car is six years old so there are some chips in the front, but I liked that they called me with progress and let me know about all the imperfections. Furthermore, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything more. I truly felt like they were just informing me of things they found instead of trying to get me to buy more stuff. I recommend them over any other detailing shop, and will certainly be bringing my cars there in the future.

Found this place here on Yelp - drive over to look at the facility. The owner greeted me and answered all my questions and gave me a quote. Made an appointment today and when I went to get my car they were just finishing. The car, a 2010 Cayman looked amazing. Nothing was missed, quality materials were used. Again I was greeted by the owner who has excellent customer service skills. We went out and looked over the job- he told me a little about what they had done and why. Happy, I paid my bill and left with a song in my heart and a spring in my step.

I turned to Cory and referred to his earlier comment about no paint involved. He then suggested we just forget the repair. My wife continued to talk to Brendon, and apparently reached some agreement. More than the repair (photos attached", I can't help wondering how the manager of a public facility can be openly rude? Most are friendly, some are polite, this was totally unexpected.

Left a couple wrinkles in it from my back. A local company wanted over $1,300 to fix it. After I pushed back and questioned it, I was met with attitude instead of helpful customer service. Then suddenly they were able to source the same part locally for much cheaper, which makes me question whether they even tried in the first place. On top of that, they added a diagnostic fee that was never discussed or authorized beforehand. There was nothing that actually needed diagnosing either, the issue was stated and obvious.  I understand shops need to make money and labor isn't free, but transparency and honesty matter, especially in a small town. The whole interaction was dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. To top it all off, as the conversation was ending, the female co-owner made a chirpy comment implying that they didn't have to honor a military discount anyway before storming off. Regardless of policy, the attitude and lack of professionalism throughout the experience were very disappointing.
