The tire b would lose air VERY slowly in commuting status, maybe a few pounds per week. However, on longer trips inbound lose 2 to 3 pounds an hour. The tech at Reichers had suspicion on the case, confirmed it and resolved it within a few hours. Turns out it was an installation issue common with Goodyear tires having a paper become right on the bead and the installer not removing it during the installation. I was…read moreinitially told the part I needed was only available through the dealer and would be very expensive. After I pushed back and questioned it, I was met with attitude instead of helpful customer service. Then suddenly they were able to source the same part locally for much cheaper, which makes me question whether they even tried in the first place. On top of that, they added a diagnostic fee that was never discussed or authorized beforehand. There was nothing that actually needed diagnosing either, the issue was stated and obvious.  I understand shops need to make money and labor isn't free, but transparency and honesty matter, especially in a small town. The whole interaction was dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. To top it all off, as the conversation was ending, the female co-owner made a chirpy comment implying that they didn't have to honor a military discount anyway before storming off. Regardless of policy, the attitude and lack of professionalism throughout the experience were very disappointing.

I paid and got it fixed . And not even a day after getting it back my front tire was covered in an oily substance. I took it to Valvoline because I thought it was the oil and they told me it was grease from my cv axel, they believe that something was loose that was not attached properly from the first visit at the shop.So I took it back to this facility because there was no problem prior to the visit before hand. After dropping my vehicle off they proceeded to tell me I now have a broken axel and charge me $300 for something they clearly did not catch the first time. Even tho my vehicle was still driveable. This makes absolutely no sense that my axel was broken. If it was broken my car wouldn't even be able to drive.

I feel like the issues I have had with Carriage Care have reached I point I have to publicly point…read moreout my issues. They have almost cost me a few customers and BROKE MY VEHICLE AND DENIED DAMAGE. At this point I'm advising all friends, family, and customers stay FAR AWAY from this place. I brought a 2008 Ford f150 in for a SIMPLE inspection and change of the outer right tire rod. I had NO LIGHTS ON on this vehicles dash, as soon as it was finished and we went to pick it up, the ABS light is on, and it's throwing TWO codes that was not there both relevent to the side worked on (speed sensor on right front tire and another one I can't remember off the top of my head) So I confronted Mark (the owner) and his reply was (and I quote) "I can't tell the future man", !?!. So I explain he broke it, he completely denied it, took it in his shop, DELETED THE CODES SO THE LIGHT WENT OFF AND SENT ME ON MY WAY!. So at this point I brought it to another mechanic who verefied it was broken during taking parts off recently (basically confirming he broke it). I have already spoken to Mark and denied and had no plan on paying for the damage so now Monday I'm making a complaint to the better business bureau and possibly filling for a lawsuit. At the same time this is happening, he has another one of my vehicles he is putting a transmission in (which is why I chose not to make the big deal about the ford yet), I get the truck he put the transmission in and a quarter mile down the road it loses every ounce of transmission fluid!!!! Not only did he charge over what he promised, he didn't replace the front or back seals, and broke the o-rings and didn't replace them either!!! The lady up front is obviously on drugs and constantly tells me I didn't pay my bills when I have, and they close whenever they feel like it leaving you stuck without your car when you asked specially to have access to it by the end of the day.
