The sales and customer service was excellent. I was happy with my purchase and everything went very smooth. It wasn't until I was traveling out of state and I experienced a flat tire. I called Triple A to change my flat for me and to our dismay, there is NO spare tire ! I called the dealership and they informed me Chrysler no longer "gives" you a spare tire. This must be a requested "premium" add on. Absolutely ridiculous. Very unhappy. read more

Scam artists. Stereotypical used car salesmen to a tee. We went to look at a truck that had advertised it was in the shop. "But good news we were the first to ask about it" took our name and number "well give you a call as soon as it's done". So we called after 3 days still in shop called 2 days later still in shop. Them poor it's gone. Would NEVER recommend this dealership to worst enemy. Shisters read more

3 months ago I took our jeep in for an oil change and couldn't wait to rave about the service however I have to question the consistency of your service team I took my Lincoln in Tuesday morning for a problem with a tire losing air I was told there was no problem but just hours later I found myself looking for air again and again In the evening and again the following morning and again In the evening Obviously there is a problem with the tire !! I paid these guys to find it and still my husband had to pull the tire off the car and found that there was a nail Now I ask ,why couldn't you find the problem Now I'm riding on a donut until I can get it to another service department. The only reason for 2 stars was the quick attention but I'm so disappointed I have to pay again for a service I already paid for. read more

Do not use this dealership. The finance guy slammed his hands on the desk and threw papers at me because I had the nerve to ask to see the APR terms. He seems to have anger issues. Needless to say left there and went to another dealership where transparency wasn't an issue. Bought a truck there. Trust me-you don't want to go here. read more

We did not purchase our Jeep Renegade from Schicker , Dodge,Jeep,Ram in Washington Mo. But they have always treated us as if we did. Their service was always excellent. In 2020 we moved away from the area. Since then we had received a recall on the emissions system for our Jeep. I tried for over a year to get the local Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership where we now live, to schedule this repair, but all I got were empty promises. Finally I called Schicker Jeep in Washington Mo. With in one week I was getting my recall taken care of at Schicker Jeep in Washinton Mo. So their service is still great, and If I were to buy another new or used vehicle I would have to drive the 100 mile round trip, to go to Schicker Dodge, Jeep. Ram of Washington Mo. read more

I bought a van from Schicker in Union many years ago and it was a great experience. So I was very glad that I could buy from Schicker again, this time Schicker Dodge in Washington, MO. I looked on their website and didn't see the vehicle that I was looking for so I entered a chat and ask if they had one. I chatted with the salesman, Brian Binz and he said they had just gotten a 2022 Pacifica in. He then phoned me so he could make sure to answer my questions in person (I appreciated that - so much better than the other salesmen from other dealers that I had been communicating with). Long story short, I bought the car, they gave me a great price for my trade in and were so very nice and friendly, never pushy at all. Thank you, Brian! Thanks to Nick & Scott too! They even got me a better rate than I had with my pre approved loan. I definitely recommend Schicker! read more

A YEAR ago I came in with my brakes grinding, pulsating and cutting in and out on my 2014 Chrysler 200. My fiance and I both told them it is possibly my ABS module that was out. The dealership had my car for a whole day and called and said it is not the ABS module, but they wanted to keep my car to look at it more for "free." The next day they called and said my ABS module is out and replacing it will fix my breaks and will be put on back order along with some recalled parts. Come March or April of 2023, I don't remember which month, I got a call that my recalled part is in, so they fixed it. While I was there I asked for an update on my ABS module and they said it was never ordered... ha LIARS! The guy told me he would order my part and it will be here within 1-2 weeks. Come October 2023, finally got a call that my part has been sitting in the shop, since God knows how long. I go there October 17th to get my ABS module replaced, while waiting for my car, a guy told me that my front right wheel bearing is out and the ABS light will not turn off unless that is fixed. They NEVER once told me that my brakes would not be fixed unless the wheel bearing was replaced as well. I told them I would hold off on fixing those due to money and just replace the ABS module for now. Car gets done, I leave and my brakes are grinding, pulsating and cutting in and out. I call the service department and talk to Greg, "the big guy" and he said "it sounds like your rotors need to be replaced." He said I can bring my car in the next day and they will look at it for "free." The next day Greg calls me and says "you do not need to waste your time coming in because it is most likely your wheel bearing that needs to be fixed and we will fix it for you by you just paying for the part and no labor charge." The day before I got a grand total estimate of around $540. So I listen to him and cancel my appointment and he said he will call me back later that afternoon to give me my new estimate. Greg calls back later and said the part will cost $500 and we will order the part. There is no way labor only cost $50. I just said "okay" and was respectful. At this point we are furious because I spent almost $1,000 to fix my ABS like they said the ABS would fix the problem and now they want me to spend more money. My fiance calls Greg and Greg has the audacity to tell my fiance that the dealership told me that replacing the ABS module would not fix the problem, when they NEVER EVER told me that, they only said it would not turn my ABS light off. My fiance was respectful and told them we are going somewhere else for cheaper and to take care of the problem. In all summary, they took advantage of a young woman, lied about everything and lied to try and cover their butt's. DO NOT take your vehicle their unless you want to keep paying a lot of money and to be lied to. read more

They took a deposit from me in the morning on a vehicle they knew they could not get, waited all day to call me back to tell me they could not get it, tried to use my deposit to manipulate me into purchasing an entirely different vehicle model, and then told me they were unable to refund my deposit because they had no cash on hand after banking hours. read more

We had a great experience working with Schicker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Zack made our hunt for just the right preowned jeep easy. He was personable and professional to work with and went above and beyond his job by helping us locate replacement and custom items for the jeep. He always got right back to us with information about inventory and other miscellaneous questions. Craig in finance made the paperwork and securing the loan as painless and easy as possible. He also had everything super organized including highlighted signature lines! Michelle, Eddie, and Matt were extremely patience with us as we fumbled to figure things out with the Jeep. They were instrumental in teaching us how to lower the soft top and put it back up and on again. Eddie and Matt also explained other "how to" things with the Jeep. Everyone we encountered at Schicker, right down to the wonderful lady at the greeting desk (who held our new puppy while we met with Zack and Craig), was positive and helpful! We had a great experience at Schicker! read more

Bought a LEMON used Dodge Avenger for my college aged son and lived a nightmare trying to make a transmission right. Their management had no problem taking hundreds then thousands of more dollars telling me what would fix the issue. AND AFTER 4 different breakdowns (my son is 18), they finally convinced me to buy a new (rebuilt transmission) stating that would end the issues. Not even a month after putting $2 K into a car that was only worth $2,500, the Flex Plate under the transmission failed. The repair for that would have been another $1,200.00 they said. This time my son was stuck at school 4 hours away (without a car AGAIN). They offered nothing, and were unapologetic about the problems and the money they took on a awful car they proudly sold to a KID. As a matter of fact they could not even bring a salesperson to call me for the trade in, they wanted nothing to do with that LEMON they sold a KID! I have a real issue with their business practice especially when it deals with younger people. PLEASE DO NOT do business with them for any reason! read more
