I was quickly able to remedy this by using another dealership in the area that had zero issues with repairs. This was sheer incompetence. Never. Use. Them. They also weren't very nice or helpful. Only one woman in the service department was helpful and I didn't catch her name to give her props. If there was an option for negative stars, that's what this place would get!
