came in initially a couple weeks ago when my locks and most of the free world got frozen and I was concerned about breaking off my only functional key. so when it warmed up around midday I came dowm and got a new key cut (which put me out a Grant) but service was full up for a few days so I had to put off getting it programmed. so now it's later and I get a day off work unexpectedly and service is still booked but a cancellation gets me in (yea!) and an hour later (and a Franklin lighter) I'm off with two functioning keys... close enough to good enough and I was treated with courtesy and respect! no reason to gig them so I won't read more

This is, quite possibly, the worst service department I have ever seen. They refused to do warranty work on my brand new ford because it has after market tires and a lift...not because warranty won't cover it, but because they are "scared" to touch it. I was quickly able to remedy this by using another dealership in the area that had zero issues with repairs. This was sheer incompetence. Never. Use. Them. They also weren't very nice or helpful. Only one woman in the service department was helpful and I didn't catch her name to give her props. If there was an option for negative stars, that's what this place would get! read more

I took my car there for a accident repair the car has never been fixed right and have been told that's the best it's going to get. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had. If the car couldn't be fixed back to the way it was before the accident the work should of never been done after 2 1/2 months of it being there. I'm very disappointed by the repairs and how horrible this car rides now. read more

I bought a 2011 Ford explore from Chris Auffenberg Ford in Washington Missouri. The car started off fine the first two days but on the third day my wife was opening the trunk and the trunk fell down and hit her in the head the air filter and engine filter Were both completely black the engine air filter was full of oil so that tells me the car was not thoroughly inspected. We had received a letter in the mail, saying that they would do whatever it takes to make me happy with the vehicle and when I contacted them to hold them accountable to that letter, they then told me that they cannot do anything to help me out of my situation. The car still uses oil, and there is oil floating in the air filter it needs new rotors. The rotors are very bad. It has a misfire. The check fuel inlet light came on. I've had to put motor mounts on it, very unhappy with this place. read more

Would give it no stars if possible. My elderly mother-in-law took her car in for an oil change that wasn't necessary due to the Fact that she only had driven 1000 Miles since her previous oil change. The dealership saw this and instead of notifying her son, which had been previously agreed upon, they preceded with changing her oil. Not only did this occur, they also informed my mother-in-law that she should use the change by due date on her oil stitcher because oil "could go bad after 6 months of being in her car". It seems to me that praying upon the elderly should be frowned upon. The dealership was blatantly informed to contact my husband before preforming any maintenance/service work on her car. He was never contacted, instead, the dealership proceeded with the work. We are very disappointed with the service found here. read more

David Simons sold us a 2021 F-150 Powerboost. He is about the friendliest guy I have met and the dealership was very low pressure without a lot of games. The service dept has also been responsive so far. My only concern is that they are not vigilant on their COVID protocols... too many maskless customers and staff inside. David Simons will even email your wife to let you know the husband hurt his feelings but he is still willing to make the deal with her. Go anywhere but here they will dance around for hours. First time using this service department in January, 2021. New to the area as of 2019 with a 2018 F150 in need of basic oil change, fluid check, etc. We tried to buy a used truck from them in 2020 as we like to support local businesses, but they didn't have one that met our needs. Perhaps this was interpreted as a snub, as I've never experienced this level of indifference and sparse communication from any other of many dealerships as on my visit today. No welcome, no thank you, no explanation of what they found-I was handed the service report and pointed toward the cashier. No explicit direction on exactly were our truck was parked amidst two rows of vehicles which included four other black F150s. We only spent $140, but a happy customer is a repeat customer. We will be servicing our vehicle in Chesterfield from now on. read more
