You would think that they would check those things out before they sell you a car. Yes that's my fault I should have raised the hood and looked at the battery. Capital One snitched on the dealership and sent me a letter stating although I was approved, the dealership would not agree to terms of the loan (specifically add-ons I did not ask for, and the dealership presented as $0 included items). Took car for first oil change after purchase and Nissan populated $1,367.75 in maintenance that had not been done. I've only owned the car 4k miles. The dealership did not disclose that the 105k services that were due 15k miles ago were never completed.

A lot of year end deals, incentives, rebates, etc. We ended up buying a new truck from Adam here at AutoCenters Nissan. They were willing to give us a fair price on our trade in, they did knock the new truck down some and got to a point we could agree upon. In the end what sold us was the warranty. If it's what they say, it seemed to us to be the deciding factor. I will say you have to watch the internet pricing because it includes all incentives, and most customers would not qualify for them. We knew that up front because I read about it on their website. Yes, we spent 4 hours making the deal and doing all the paperwork, that would be true at any dealership. Adam really tried to expeditiously move things along, all of the staff that we encountered were polite and professional. They offer water/coffee/soda while waiting, showroom/restrooms were clean and modern. Only had the vehicle one day, but so far we really like it. It's new, what's not to like, right? Seriously, vehicle rides nice, seats are comfortable, love the touch screen for the map/audio. Lots of cup holders and places to store things. Our truck came with spray-in bed liner.

My husband had a very disappointing experience at this dealership last night. After both parties had agreed on a trade-in value for our vehicle and a purchase price for the new one, the salesperson repeatedly changed the numbers instead of honoring the agreed-upon deal. He would reduce the trade-in value by approximately $1,000, increase the purchase price, and then present the adjusted figures as though the trade-in credit offset the difference. The numbers consistently shifted, making the deal difficult to follow. What was even more disappointing was the salesperson's comment to my husband: "Have fun calling your wife and telling her you're coming home empty-handed." We found this remark to be unnecessary and unprofessional. I'm sharing our experience simply to encourage others to carefully review every number on the paperwork before signing anything. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the level of honesty or professionalism we expected, and we hope others will take the time to verify that the final documents match the terms they originally agreed to.

Honestly had new issues with communication that came up that added to my above frustrations. BUT: my tech was great in recovering my experience, hence the updated rating. He went over and above to try and correct the communication issues, to the point only he would call me and only he would help me. So while I'll still only go back from warranty things. I will give kudos to my tech for being attentive, aware, and acknowledged the missteps in communication to me. Mistakes happen, so as a customer I can appreciate the effort and awareness my tech gave me.

we purchased a car from this "dealership" and the next day took to a shop that my husband works at…read moreto repair the brakes. it was at that time discovered that there were 2 items that should have caused the car to fail safety inspection and then the "dealership" would have been responsible for the repair costs. this safety issue cost us $900. I brought this to the attention of the dealership and was told i was a liar bc since it was at my husbands shop that I must have had other work done and tried to get this paid for. so I took the parts. they again called me a liar saying those parts were "probably laying around". the owner would not even speak to me so i looked him up on Facebook and expressed my frustration. at that time he told me had i taken the car to his shop he MIGHT have done the work. well you were not open and the wheels were so loose on the car it wasn't safe to drive. this company is run by a terrible businessman. Please Please Please reconsider if you are thinking of purchasing a car here. Check the Better Business Bureau. there are multiple complaints out there against this company just like mine. they obviously pay someone to "pass safety" so they are not responsible for the repairs.
