Finding a reliable plumber is very difficult in this day and age. I mean... Who really knows what…read morethey are doing down there, right? We recently had a leak from our tankless water heater. I called a couple of plumbers that I've used in the past and they were slow to respond or were unable to come out within a reasonable timeframe. We received a flyer from Full Spectrum in the mail. I'm always very skeptical to call somebody new without a friends reference. I called Full Spectrum and they were polite, professional, understanding, and were able to get somebody over very quickly to stop the leak. We did have to replace the water heater and file an insurance claim for the damage from leaking water. The entire thing would've been much worse if they had not responded so quickly. And they went out of their way to replace the unit very quickly. After everything was completed, I realized that hot water was taking much longer to reach our kitchen than it had in the past. I called Full Spectrum. They did not hesitate to send a technician back to our home to try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Based on past experience, which is pretty extensive after owning several homes and investment properties, I think the charges were very reasonable for an emergency call, priority, service, new parts, and a revisit.

The guy was under my house and back out in 7-8 mins. I knew what was wrong because I've had someone else out to repair the couplings in another place and they did a look over and said this would happen again and that my couplings needed updating (surges in water pressure make the connecting couplings that go to 2 pipes, pop off). So I explained I knew what happened and what needed repairing. The guy even agreed when he came back. He offered to do a full complete under house new coupling connectors on all the connecting pipes for 11,000.00 dollars (lol). Or just 647.00 dollars to literally slap some sealant on the coupling there and push the pipe back in or do a 5 mins repair and replace one couple, putting the 2 pipes in the one connector. This is literally something I could've done myself, except I have a back injury and cannot crawl. So the last company came out and fixed one coupling 1 year ago and charged me 200 bucks. I SHIT YOU NOT, this guy wanted 647 dollars for a very simple repair!! I told him to please leave my house and was quite offended that he tried to gauge me like that. I called back the same guys that fixed the first coupling. To be fair I paid them 280 bucks, adjust for some inflation and perhaps a small material fee. Do NOT call Full Spectrum Plumbing for plumbing needs unless you just want to pay 2-3 times what you should for a repair! In the end I used Precision Plumbing.

Years before we had our disposal removed after we got new countertops for the kitchen. Apparently, the plumber then made shortcuts unbeknownst to us. In order to have our new dishwasher installed, we had to fix the mess underneath the sink and get it up to code. All Hours were unbelievably amazing! They were able to come out the next day. I can't speak to anyone else's experience, as this review is all my personal experience and opinion…read moreonly, as I know not everyone will have the same experience and I also know there are some solid techs at this company (I have personally dealth with them), but unfortunately I had a nightmare experience with mutiple bad apples in my opinion, and it unfortunately resulted in the end of my storied relationship with a plumber that I thought would be the last one I would ever need, but as they say if something seems too good to be true it usually is... I thought I had found a plumber for life, but my personal experience with Option One ended up with me feeling as though they exhibited failed ownership in addressing an issue caused by errors from their techs, lack of accountability with regard to said issue and becoming confrontational and argumentative when the issue was brought to their attention. Long story short, I had a plumbing blockage that resulted in my front yard needing to be dug up and new pipes being installed in the yard. Upon completion of the job, I experienced flooding in my yard and requested Option One to come out and address the issue. They tried to claim it was an irrigation issue not their problem, but after getting another Option One tech and a plumber from another company to come out, it was confirmed (via photos) that the flooding was due to Option One failing to connect the piping correctly. Instead of taking ownership and accountability for the issue, I was met with defensiveness, along with the above stated lack of ownership and accountability. At one point in the process I even had to ask one of the techs to leave my property because he had such a dismissive unprofessional attitude. I could go on and on but I have already wasted so much time on dealing with this issue that it isn't worth any more of my time. At the end of the day, I found another company to correct the failed work done by Option One and this company apologized on behalf of Option One, as this company felt bad that I had to go through such an ordeal, given that the plumbing industry is already viewed in a negative light by many, right up there with mechanics, car salesmen and attorneys by some. You can read my past reviews to see how much I praised this company in the past, which is why I was so disappointed by what in my personal option was a complete lack of accountability and ownership by multiple individuals across the Option One company. After giving this company multiple five star reviews over the years, I cannot recommend them to anyone anymore as the trust they gained over the years was lost in an instant and based on my personal experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone moving forward like I have done in the past.

Used Crump as a referral. Horrible mistake on my end. The man came and quoted me $2,200 to cut out…read morethe existing tub, instal a shower insert, and move the drain (the tub drain was on the side and he said the shower drain needed to be centered). Day 1 - A man showed up different than the man that quoted me, but no big deal. He went into the bathroom and used a sawzall to cut the tub out as well as cut into my walls to create an opening for the shower insert. However, he didn't measure anything so he missed the stud, causing more drywall work (not included in quote). He created quite a mess and asked for a trash bag. I took him a large tote as I thought it would be more efficient. He told me he left a part at the shop and had to go get it. However, he did not have any gas money. He asked me for cash and we agreed that he would change my sink faucets for the $30 I had to give him. He returned several hours later and added the part and asked for half if the payment. I wrote a check and asked when they would be back. He informed that he didn't know he "just goes where he's told." The next morning, unbeknownst to me, they arrived in the early am. I was still asleep so they just pulled everything on my front porch and left. When I saw it all, I reached out to see if they were coming back. The lack of response and amount of days they no-showed after me taking off of work was ridiculous. I had to move the items inside on my own. I'm single and weigh about 100lbs. This was not an easy task. Both the man (Steve) that quoted me and (Lamont) who did the demo finally showed up well over a week later. They installed the shower and proceeded to cut multiple holes in my down stairs ceiling with the sawzall because "he cut in-between the wrong joist." While doing so, they did not move or protect any of my belongings. When I asked if I could move things, he said, "what, this stuff? It's just junk." It was not junk and even if it was, it was my junk. While cutting, he cut into my crown molding, and didn't even tell me. Then, they went to leave and leave all the mess they made. To fix the drywall, ceiling, crown molding was way more because of their mistakes. Not to mention, they never paid back my $30 or fixed my sink. I have tried to reach out multiple times with no response. Plus I've been told by multiple contractors that they over charged me to begin with. Way to take advantage of a single mother!
