On top of that, the main contractor had a delay in paying the invoice for E&E (despite receiving full on-time payment from me) so E&E reached out and told me they were processing the paperwork to put a lien on my property. They didn't adequately try to resolve the issue before involving me and creating additional unnecessary stress.

They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Best of all, reasonably priced! Morris Jenkins quote was ridiculously expensive! I will definitely recommend All Hours to anyone in need of a great plumber. I made sure I keep their number for future projects or repairs.

Every aspect of my first experience with Charlotte Plumbing Masters (CPM) was positive and…read moreexceptional. I am a first-time homeowner and have been in my house for 4 years. Two weeks or so ago, my water heater went out. I have a home warranty through HWA, who paired me with CPM to diagnose my problem. Unfortunately, the appt. was scheduled for a week out from when the water heater went out. I called CPM and was greeted warmly by a rep. I inquired if there was an earlier time available, she checked and stated my current appt. date was the earliest, but she would follow-up and call me back. She kept her word and contacted me to confirm that unfortunately it was the earliest. In addition, the next day, I received another call form a rep at CPM who stated they tried to see what they could move around to assist me earlier, but unfortunately, my current appt. time was the earliest they could come out. I was impressed that they tried although it didn't work in my favor. On the day of my appt, John, one of their plumbers, came out and represented the company very well. He was knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and gave me advice. Above all, he was friendly, compassionate, and empathetic towards my situation. He submitted his report to HWA in a timely manner and within an hour on the same day, we had an approval for a water heater replacement. Less than 48 hours later, I had an appt. set for the install. Due to this positive experience, I kept my fingers crossed he would be assigned again for my replacement. Thankfully, he was, and my install went smoothly without incident. Based off this experience, CPM will be the first company I recommend to those who need plumbing services. When you have an incident in your home that affects your quality of life, it creates a high level of stress. CPM helped to ease the frustration by providing exemplary customer service.

When I asked for more details, he couldn't 1) identify the specific permits, 2) estimate how much they would cost, or 3) promise to provide these permit documents after they were purchased. I would recommend NOT using this business.

Finding a reliable plumber is very difficult in this day and age. I mean... Who really knows what…read morethey are doing down there, right? We recently had a leak from our tankless water heater. I called a couple of plumbers that I've used in the past and they were slow to respond or were unable to come out within a reasonable timeframe. We received a flyer from Full Spectrum in the mail. I'm always very skeptical to call somebody new without a friends reference. I called Full Spectrum and they were polite, professional, understanding, and were able to get somebody over very quickly to stop the leak. We did have to replace the water heater and file an insurance claim for the damage from leaking water. The entire thing would've been much worse if they had not responded so quickly. And they went out of their way to replace the unit very quickly. After everything was completed, I realized that hot water was taking much longer to reach our kitchen than it had in the past. I called Full Spectrum. They did not hesitate to send a technician back to our home to try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Based on past experience, which is pretty extensive after owning several homes and investment properties, I think the charges were very reasonable for an emergency call, priority, service, new parts, and a revisit.

I am only giving this place 1 star because they were able to get to my house the same day,…read moreotherwise, they'd be getting 0 stars if I could. The guy was under my house and back out in 7-8 mins. I knew what was wrong because I've had someone else out to repair the couplings in another place and they did a look over and said this would happen again and that my couplings needed updating (surges in water pressure make the connecting couplings that go to 2 pipes, pop off). So I explained I knew what happened and what needed repairing. The guy even agreed when he came back. He offered to do a full complete under house new coupling connectors on all the connecting pipes for 11,000.00 dollars (lol). Or just 647.00 dollars to literally slap some sealant on the coupling there and push the pipe back in or do a 5 mins repair and replace one couple, putting the 2 pipes in the one connector. This is literally something I could've done myself, except I have a back injury and cannot crawl. So the last company came out and fixed one coupling 1 year ago and charged me 200 bucks. I SHIT YOU NOT, this guy wanted 647 dollars for a very simple repair!! I told him to please leave my house and was quite offended that he tried to gauge me like that. I called back the same guys that fixed the first coupling. To be fair I paid them 280 bucks, adjust for some inflation and perhaps a small material fee. Do NOT call Full Spectrum Plumbing for plumbing needs unless you just want to pay 2-3 times what you should for a repair! In the end I used Precision Plumbing.
