I love the fact that they text you to let you know when the tech is on the way. They save you from having to wait around the house. Dale did a great job of troubleshooting, explaining the problem, and gave me a complete estimate for parts and labor. He told me that it would take a couple of days to get the part. He said they would call and schedule the follow-up appointment. The part came in and they schedule the appointment. Dale was on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. Do not use these guys; they are highly unethical. They do not advertise this, but they will not do…read moreany work on the sealed system of refrigerators. This includes the compressor, evaporator, drier, heat exchange parts, condenser, or any connective tubing (basically half of the fridge). This, by itself, is not a problem, but they fail to mention it until after they have sent a repair tech out to look at your fridge for 5 minutes, only to tell you it is the compressor and then charge you a $100 - $150 diagnostic fee. And all of this after you tell the customer service rep who you scheduled the appointment with that you think it is the compressor; we had this same issue two years ago and replaced the compressor. After all this, I followed up with the office and asked why I was not told that they would not fix it if it was the compressor before they sent someone out and charged me. Their response was, "If we told all our customers that, we would go out of business" - seriously, two company members gave me this response, one of them a manager. Newsflash: if concealing pertinent information about your company's services is essential for you to stay in business, you are doing something wrong. I have no clue how Mr. Appliance is when fixing an issue that they will work on or with other appliances. But any company that conceals information from customers to make money should not stay in business. Use another appliance repair shop; there are much better options.
