I liked that the parmesan was added after the baking as large shavings, and the pesto was attractively piped on in large circles. The 12 inch size along with the salad was just right for lunch. The salad was perfectly tossed with the Caesar dressing which wasn't disagreeably heavy as some can be. It included plenty of seasoned croutons and parmesan shavings. It was on the menu as Chicken Caesar Salad but I ordered it without chicken, thinking that the plain was also available and for a smaller price. It turned out to the be the same price. My mistake, or theirs? Not sure but no matter. To drink I had a Rosé Prosecco which was nicely bubbly. Sometimes sparkling wines by the glass can be flat, but not here. The room was attractive, with neutral tones and brick, and decorated with artwork and framed photos. Service was fast but not rushed, so we were able to relax for a bit, have a great lunch, and have plenty of time left in the day to continue our exploration of Dublin City Centre.
