My poor Dyson stopped working and I was super worried as it was my favorite and most effective vacuum. I went online since the service center is closed and keeping their employees and the public safe. Within 48 hours Dyson emailed me back and 48 hours after that I was shipping my Dyson to this center. All of the cost was covered under their 5 year warranty. They even offered to send me a loaner. A few days later I received a call from Nate they my vacuum was fixed and he was sending it back. My vacuum is now back and like new. They even cleaned the vacuum exterior and everything inside. The nice Thank you with a smiley was a nice touch. Thank you Nate and Dyson. Well, I thought that all of the rave reviews for this place sounded almost too good to be true. I was proven wrong, though, when I took my little Dyson stick vac in for repair. I was thinking that at the very least I was going to need to buy a whole new part but apparently just a small piece had broken when I was emptying the canister. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he has been mentioned in other reviews and has a lovely Australian accent. He took the part into the back, came out with it all fixed, and when I asked him what we owed him he just said, "No, don't worry about it it was just a small piece." No charge! When does that happen?! I'm sold! I will never go anyplace south to get my Dyson worked on. read more

Terrific experience. The service person who helped us evaluated our 2004 Dyson vacuum, and ended us giving us a nice discount to buy a new one after quoting a price to fix the old one that made it not worth fixing. We left the old one for recycling and took a new one home that was significantly price reduced due to our trading in the old one. I was very skeptical about going here but ended up having a wonderful experience! My mother-in-law went here because her Vacuum was not charging and they ended up replacing the battery! So when my vacuum started having suction issues I took it in and had a delightful experience. They said would do a health check. While I waited in the waiting room I was very entertained by The TV they had reviewing their various products. They ended up replacing the filter & head for the vacuum. I brought in my handheld vacuum today and they repaired it in about 15 minutes. I was truly amazed, as I was not their only customer. The technician took the time to show me some tricks to improve its performance and made suggestions regarding improving the battery life. The shop is clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and helpful -and clearly very efficient at doing repairs. They have other Dyson items on display. I asked about air purifiers and the technician took the time to demonstrate their performance and features. He even took it apart to demonstrate how easy it is to change the filters. My vacuum was losing suction so I brought it in to get it checked out to see what the issue was. I was worried it was going to be an expensive fix or that I would have to replace the entire vacuum. With a quick evaluation, the guy that was helping me determined that one of my connection pieces was broken so my hose wasn't connecting and I was indeed losing suction. He replaced it for me for just the cost of the part as a first time repair courtesy. It ended up being a $20 fix and my vacuum was good as new. While I was waiting for him to replace the part, I played with the other vacuums, fans, and the blow dryer. I love Dyson products and will continue to be a very loyal customer. read more

This is my second experience with this Dyson service center, both for the same cause - a battery that could not hold its charge any longer. The first time was on my first Dyson, a V8, before the pandemic, and the service team changed the battery within 30 minutes, and best of all, did not charge me even though the vacuum was just out of warranty. I subsequently bought a second Dyson, a V10, mainly due to the excellent service I received for my V8, and on 31-Jan-2022, I visited the Dyson service center again for the same reason, the V10's battery could not hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. This time, there was only one person, Chris, in the store, and he is one of the best customer service persons I have ever seen. Since there was only one person, there was a queue, but Chris worked fast and with a smile, and serviced and repaired all the vacuums before me, and made the 3 to 4 people before me a very happy customer. When it was my turn, he did the same thing, replaced the battery, and did not charge me at all. In short, if you are in the Phoenix area, buy Dysons with confidence because there is an excellent out of this world service and support from Chris and the service team at Dyson when in the rare event something is not right with your vacuum. read more

These guys are top notch with their customer service! Curbside service! Roll up, call them and they will come out to your car to discuss the issues and pick up your equipment. Many issues can be fixed while you wait! Many businesses, when they know the are the only shop in town will let it show through with a lax or uncaring attitude. Not these guys. Nate and Chris were both super polite, super responsive, and super knowledgeable. They fixed my smaller rechargeable Dyson at no charge and on my larger upright (over 10 yrs old), explained it was no longer in production and offered me a great deal on a trade in to pick up a new one at a significant discount. I took two of my Dysons into this center after an email from the Dyson Company recommended I take them in for a check up. Great company and this service center was just as wonderful. They cleaned both machines, gave me information to make them work better in the future and also replaced some parts that had worn out. My Dyson was under warranty so there was no charge for the worn out parts. The gentlemen there were knowledgable, friendly, and quick with their work. I called Dyson customer service because our 1 year old vacuum cleaner wasn't running as long as it should. The customer service was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made several suggestions to improve the performance. Unfortunately these suggestions didn't work so he said to go to the Dyson Service Center. In 20 minutes they tested the vacuum cleaner and replaced the battery. Amazing customer Service at this location. I went into repair my Dyson vacuum and it was covered under manufacturer warranty they took care of it and replace the part. I had also been looking into getting a Dyson fan and I was in luck because they offered me 20% off and threw in two free air cartridge filters so it was way worth it to buy from them then purchase from a third-party vendor. I definitely will be back to get a couple more fans for the girls rooms. read more

I brought my cordless vacuum in today, as it wasn't sucking things up well anymore. Nathan had it cleaned out and working again in no time. He replaced a top filter that had a broken piece (contributing to the lack of suction) and showed me tricks to getting the different parts open for easy emptying. I was in and out the door in under fifteen minutes and didn't pay a penny. This place is awesome!! Additionally, I learned they do trade-ins with reduced prices on your new model. The motorhead of my Dyson V10 absolute recently stopped working for unknown reasons. I made a call to the online team and was directed to this service center in Phoenix. I took my broken unit in and within 5 minutes, I was walking out with a new replacement motor head. Say what?!?! Wow!! The speed of the service and the friendliness of staff was second to no one. I wasn't expecting such an outcome was simply amazed. This brand might cost a little more than other but not only are the machines amazing, the support and follow up service is too. I already own 3 dyson vacuums and will continue supporting this brand for many years to come. Keep up the excellent service Dyson! It was just amazing and so uncommon these days.
