After reading other's reviews, I dropped by with my big purple machine that was making terrible noises. I left it there and went on another errand. Shortly after, they called and said it was done. All prior checkups/repairs have been free. This time, replacing the power cord on a 10 year old machine was quoted as $105. It is still worth it compared to a new machine, but I guess lifetime is not really lifetime. I plan to pay it but I am not thrilled since my definition of lifetime is apparently different than theirs. read more

Excellent customer service! They fixed My broken cord, replaced 3 other parts and cleaned out my filters in 10 min. They even unclogged the hose in which I wasn't aware that it was clogged. Wooww, Dyson customer service is amazing! I cannot remember who greeted and helped me this morning around 10:30am, but he was awesome. I walked in with my $549 Dyson Cinetic Big Ball vacuum, which we have been using heavily to for the past two years to pick up all of our Berner's hair. I was using it and suddenly there was a acrid smell and it sounded like the motor was dead. The Dyson repair man confirmed the motor was dead and said they would ship e a brand new one! Drove 60 miles from Colorado Springs to have my broken Dyson DC25 looked at. Talked to Scott. He took the machine right to the back and told me it needed a power cord. He replaced that and completely checked out the vacuum. I was in & out in about 15 minutes. This was the probably the best customer service experience that I have ever had. We have a Dyson Animal vacuum that is a little over 5 years old. It has seen hard duty over that 5 years, and lately has been losing suction power. We took it to the Dyson Service Center. They said it was 11 days past the warranty. You know what that means at most places - tough luck. Not at Dyson! They serviced it FOR FREE while I waited. Now it works like brand new again. I bought a Dyson Ball about three years ago from Costco, a few days ago the brush stopped spinning. We took it apart, clean it but still not working. I went on Dyson site and found that there is a a Dyson Service Center in Centennial close to Park Meadows Mall. We went there on Monday with the warranty and the proof of purchase as is usually required. We found Santos over there who asked us what is the problem with the vacuum, we explained him the issue he took the vacuum and in less than 5 minutes he returned with a new head in place of the one with the broken brush. Santos did a great job, we never had to show him the proof of purchase nor did he charged us for the repair. Awesome service, we will definitely stay with Dyson! read more

I had a Dyson DC Animal vacuum that was about 3 years old. I actually managed to fall on the vacuum breaking the ball part of the vacuum. I knew it was badly damaged but I took it to this service center to see if it could be saved. That part of the vacuum is called the "motor bucket" and replacing it was going to be expensive but could be done for several hundred dollars. When I dropped it off I spoke with Tyler and he warned me it could be an expensive fix. When I returned I spoke with Ed and he explained the repair would be at least $200. But he gave me the option to trade in my destroyed vacuum and they would give me $200 off the new DC Animal 2. That's a lot of money for a vacuum that was basically destroyed. I took them up on their offer and I love the new vacuum, it does everything better than my old one and has at least 1/3 extra suction to help me with my Golden Retriever shedding machine! Went in there to have our Animal (about 6 years old) checked out and Mark was great. Check out the suction, said this was one of Dyson's best and that it doesn't need a thing. Didn't try to sell anything, showed me a tip to clean out brush, said the clutch was great. And off I went. Those guys are the best, know their stuff and are as honest as they come. Tyler was amazing! I spoke with him yesterday on the phone about my vacuum problem. He was patient, clear and helpful. I had to drive at least an hour to get to the store, so I wanted clarity before I went. He was a great problem solver for me. I had ordered my parts from Dyson, but geez it was going to be 2 weeks before I recieved the parts. (They should let Amazon handle it!) I've got cat fur and puke to clean up! Tyler knew exactly what was wrong with my vacuum just by looking at the beater bar. It was a busy Saturday morning and one after the next he patiently and quickly checked people in or magically and quickly had them out the door fixed, often for free and happy. He was the only one in the shop and he even juggled in the phone calls. Fantastic customer service! He had the parts for me on hand and put the parts in for free. He didn't charge me for the parts bc my order for Dyson is pending. He had tried to even cancel the order online and he knew what to do, but the system wouldn't let him. I've loved my DC-17 for 9 years. Best vacuum I've ever had. Well built- not even a belt in that time. I wished Dyson had more stores/service centers and parts available in more areas or in addtional stores. There is only one in Colorado! That's crazy! The company Dyson gets low marks for their slowness on getting parts shipped out. I called to check yesterday on the status. As of today, my payment still hasn't been processed and the parts still haven't been shipped out. It's been 4 business days, 7 days total. They are competing with Amazon in people's minds regarding shipping. Unfortunately, Dyson parts are not available at your local vacuum store. Go to the service center if you can get there! read more

Had an upright Dyson that would suck through the hose but not off the floor. Called up this store. Young man answered, very friendly and helpful. Even offered suggestions of things on the phone to fix the problem. I had already determined what I thought was the cause of the problem and it was something I couldn't fix. Man on the phone said, "Bring it in, we can probably fix it while you wait". Took the vacuum to the store today. Walked in, they took the vacuum to the back, came back a few minutes later and confirmed my suspicions. They said they had to replace a part (turned out to be two parts). He said it would be covered under warranty. They fixed it while I waited and I was out the door. So...how often do you find a business that offers to help you fix it over the phone, does not require an appointment, waits on you the moment you walk it, fixed the problem right then, and doesn't charge you anything? Almost unheard-of these days. This is what is called, "delighting the customer". read more

Worst service ever! I love my vacuum and went in to this store to find out why my vacuum was working correctly. The person helping me was extremely condescending- he yanked my filters out and made me feel like an idiot of why I hadn't cleaned my filters in a while. He did not offer any help at all. The staff were friendly, efficient, and best of all they helped me immediately with my questIons and problem. I left with my vacuum cleaner in A-1 shape. Must have caught them on a bad day. Took my vacuum here because we were having intermittent problems. Of course, it worked in the shop. The agent was rude and condescending and sent us on our way without even investigating what was causing the intermittent problems. I didn't push for him to investigate further because he was so abrasive that I didn't want to engage in an argument or end up paying for really terrible service. At lunch last month, I noticed a sign being installed for a new Dyson store just north of Park Meadows in the Centennial Promenade. When our 2+ year old vacuum cleaner's beater bar broke over the weekend, I remembered the Dyson sign, and decided to stop in on Monday to purchase a new beater bar and belt. Before ringing me up, the service rep told me that my vacuum model was still under warranty, and that if I wanted to bring my machine to the shop, they could replace the parts at no charge. I dropped my vacuum off the next day during my lunch hour. When I picked it up on my way home from work that same day, they had replaced not only my beater bar, but half a dozen other parts that had seen better days as well. These guys didn't have to tell me about the warranty on my vacuum model - I was prepared to purchase those parts, and nearly did just that online over the weekend. Dyson has always created a quality product, but this store provides GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, has exceptional integrity and just earned my business for life! read more

Absolutely awesome experience!!! Went in because the Brush quit turning. The Dyson was under warranty and this guy just rocked! Not only did he replace the belt, but he also replaced the entire brush head assembly and the cyclone and the filter. He basically made the vacuum brand-new and it all this work under warranty. My vacuum is about 7 years old and the brush stopped turning and it was making an awful grinding noise. I was on the verge of getting a new vacuum, but saw the Dyson sign from the highway. I was really reluctant being it was a corporate repair center, but read a few reviews and decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised. Best customer services ever!!!! My vacuum suction is weak and machine makes scratches to my wood floor so I take it in to see what can be done. They know sure know what they are doing and was quickly resolve the clogged area. They throw in a new part (low reach floor tool) to get rid of floor scratches. Amazing! I was ready to spend $150 in repairs to fix what has been an awesome vacuum cleaner. The guy at the counter looks at the serial number and says, "You're still under warranty, this repair is taken care of." In disbelief, I asked what he meant. He casually reiterated that there would be no charge. As an added bonus, they had it complete in just about an hour! What a great customer service experience! I have a 7 yr old dyson that had several issues and dropped by on a Saturday (their busiest day). Armando was amazing. He called me an hour after my drop off and told me that it would be ready for pick up that day. After quoting around $100 for the repair initially, he dropped my price to $49.99 for labor and provided almost $200 worth of brand new parts for FREE! These guys know how to keep a girl happy :-) I brought in my cordless Dyson vac for service, hoping it could be repaired. The battery had died for one reason or another, and the cleaner head was old and didn't push smoothly anymore. John had me in and out of there in under 5 minutes with a brand-new battery and new cleaner head AT NO CHARGE, even though my vac was "probably" out of warranty. The brush head on my 4-5 year old DC23 was barely rotating so I decided to bring it into the shop to have them assess it and get it fixed. Scott, the associate working at the time knew exactly what the issue was and showed me why it wasn't working as well anymore. A minute later he came out with an entire new head assembly and lo-and-behold the problem was fixed. All of this came at no charge whatsoever for a vacuum several years old. I decided to use the Dyson Service Center and thank goodness I did! Not only did they repair my vacuum the same day, but they were able to tell me it was still under warranty and honor that without me digging out the old receipt.
