    I want to start out by saying that if you are in need of service on your existing Dyson, don't call the store, message them through Yelp- it will be much faster response time. Our vacuum stopped working after only 2 years and after doing an analysis on the Dyson website, I realized we needed a new battery which was out of stock online. Amazon reviews on non name brand ones weren't good so I really wanted the one from Dyson. We have little kids and use our vacuum literally 3x a day so we needed this fixed quickly and effectively. I called the store all day today and couldn't reach them. I contacted corporate via chat to see if they could see if the local store had my battery in stock and they didn't have another way to reach the store or check inventory. I finally came on Yelp because that's what Elite Yelpers do, and realized I could request a quote. They got back to me in 3 minutes flat and I was able to get my battery replaced today with no wait at the store (they had a 6 hour wait earlier in the day) and I took my vacuum home with me. I would have given them 5 stars had someone answered the phone and the store was cleaner (a LOT of dust on the products and the floor and shelving were filthy) but this was a great experience once I got ahold of someone through Yelp. Tip: don't by an older version of a Dyson stick vacuum. My mom and I got the V7 animal the same year and have both had to get new batteries within 2 years for $100. This should have held out better for the price.

    First off of Dyson wasn't pretentious enough. They have an anti-second amendment sing before you even walk in the door . The employees seem to have little knowledge about the product. Luckily they have a 30 day return policy!

    My Dyson stick vacuum was acting up. I stopped in and Mark took care of it in a flash. He was nice as pie and very helpful.

    I set up an appointment to have my refrigerator fixed because the ice maker dispenser motor was not…read moreworking. I explained this in detail. I made an appointment windows from 12pm-3pm. The repair person showed at approximately 12:25pm (which was great). It took him less than a minute to determine wires at the bottom of my freezer door needed to be soldered. Then he proceeds to tell me he has no time today to fix it and I need to make another appointment. I carved out my day for this. I asked why he could not do it today. He said he had four other jobs to do today and did not have time. I asked then why are you even here. He said to diagnose. When I made the appointment I was told it would be repaired today. Now this guy said he had four other jobs to do today. So basically I feel that my time was wasted and was upset. I told him I made the appointment today to have it fixed and if he could not do the repair today I would call someone else. I asked him to leave. He told me I needed to be respectful. I told him, you are not being respectful of time and I asked him to leave. He wasn't moving. I said if you do not get out of my house immediately I would call the police. In my opinion, when you make an appointment to have something fixed, they should fix it, unless parts or something has to be ordered. It only took him a minute to diagnose, so he had an idea of the issue before he arrived. Asking for a second appointment to fix the issue seems unreasonable to me and a total lack of respect for a customers time. I will not be utilizing this company again and will avoid them in the future. Especially, since I had to ask this guy several times to leave and threaten to call the police before he left. Update: The technician did not immediately pack up. I asked four separate times. Also, when on the phone in setting up the appointment, I was told the repair would be done on the appointment. I would understand if parts needed to be ordered, that was not the case here. At no time when setting the appointment was an expectation that this was a diagnosis only visit. I was clearly told on the phone it was a repair visit. I wish this company would be honest about the situation. I find their response purely self serving at best and dishonest at worse.
